sock-puppets slip though, in which case I add new scoring rules

either simply by their morphed "From" header or by their "Path"
injection point, and/or by "Newsgroups" their trolling, or by
their "NNTP" host, or by the "References" header, or if it gets
really bad, using Hamster for pre-downloaded content filtering
