The issue isn't whether or not he's predicted it being cold in january
as your stupid ***** is trying to make it sound. As any person with a
brain can deduct from what he's said, the issue has to do with it being
record and historic cold. Sollog didn't say it would be just "cold" as
you idioticly are trying to say. He predicted historic cold. Thats not
the same as the usual statement of something being "cold" you fool.
Historic cold is Something that doesn't happen every year, and in fact
happens rarely as the title of "historic cold" means, you idiotic MORON.

Yes! That is correct.

Yes, mostly because of plumbing pipes bursting and problems with the
school buses. We just weren't prepared for that.

I wouldn't know what to do in a dry heat.

But was it historic cold? It was certainly hyped, but it wasn't really all that
extraordinarily cold for January where I am (part of the area they were hyping
about).
