Not really. What are your sources? They would have used them if it was so.
But yes, the US needs to find the WMD, and for that they need to promise
millions, PLUS total immunity, plus protection of family, etc., for anyone who
would deliver or lead to the discovery of actual physical evidence. So far, all
those who could talk would get, is being indicted and loose everything. No
wonder they can't put their hands on the poisons.
But can the US promise this?... that is the question.
