This is a good story, one which news media on both sides
of the political aisle will be watching very closely.
National security threats, like aiding and abetting the
enemy during time of war, comes to mind. The Patriot Act
most definitely addresses *treasonous* actions like that.
I'd say terrorist-supporting liberals like the NY Times
would be well-advised to back away from their viciously
anti-American stance. Otherwise, they're going down the
HARD way...especially, once Justice Alito gets in there! :-D
