While I certainly appreciate most of the material you
presented at the top of your post regarding the questionable
circumstances surrounding the NY Terror Alert, combining it
with stuff like this calls your credibility into question
even more than the Alert calls the government's into question.
Let me ask you: if the "Illuminati" are so powerful that you
feel they can actually execute the master plan you outline above,
why haven't they done this already if it's so important to them?
It's not like you're the first to allege a conspiracy of this
sort; I can recall seeing such nonsense since the early 70s at
least with many of the disasters you posit or reasonable substitutes
for the time (you would have had Russia on your list back then
for example) and all saying that such things were imminent.
Are the Illuminati bumbling fools? Do they repeatedly fail to
carry out their master plan? Did they decide that business was
too good to end the world just yet? Did the aliens get ticked
off at them and back out of the deal? Problems with their top
secret earthquake-trigger device? Harvests too good or they can't
hire enough help to make it disappear? Did Bush botch their plans
for a full-blown WWIII in the Middle East because he couldn't put
together a coalition to join in the fun? Did China back out of
participation because they just can't find 200 million men to form
a satanic army and besides which would you do: pay your entire
GNP to equip an army or let them start capitalistic businesses so
that they pay you?...I can do this all day...
So, what's the deal? Lotsa facts, logic and reasoning when you're
reporting current events, but then you just gotta try associating
them to your psycho notions; why isn't the same journalistic
integrity applied to substantiating THEM?
Especially when they're really old news many times over,
dead horses beaten to death by time and history, utterly
discredited...you ain't got anything that isn't...

On Saturday, July 31, Democrat conventioneers were leaving Boston
feeling pretty good about themselves, their party, and most of all,
the newly nominated Presidential Candidate, John Kerry. But on Sunday,
August 1, the "Power of Incumbency" raised its head with great force
and authority as Homeland Security Director, Tom Ridge, dropped a
political bombshell in the form of a grandiose terror alert: He
announced he was raising the alert level in New York City and selected
environs to "Orange" based upon unspecified "intelligence".
Let us review this story.
NEWS BRIEF: "Al Qaeda plot targets us", New York Daily News, Monday,
August 2, 2004
"Top authorities ratcheted up security in New York and Washington
yesterday amid frightening new evidence of Al Qaeda plots to blow up
the New York Stock Exchange and other key financial centers. 'We do
have new and unusually specific information about where Al Qaeda would
like to attack', Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge revealed. The
stock exchange and Manhattan's Citicorp Center appear to be in the
terrorists' cross hairs - along with the International Monetary Fund
and the World Bank buildings in Washington and Prudential Plaza in
Newark, Ridge said ... The new intelligence, which grew out of the
recent arrests of two terror thugs in Pakistan, includes many
unsettling details."
Let us stop right here to digest what Tom Ridge has just alleged. He
said three things:
1) This "new" intelligence came from the arrest of two Al-Qaeda thugs
in Pakistan
2) He had "unusually specific information about where Al Qaeda would
like to attack"
3) American authorities had " frightening new evidence of Al Qaeda
plots"
However, on the very next day, DEBKAfile Intelligence broke a major
story saying that the "evidence" upon which Ridge had made his
allegation was neither new nor specific. In fact, this evidence was
very old, nearly three years old. In the fast-moving world of global
intelligence, information more than months old is considered ancient
and nearly worthless; three-year-old information is good only for
starting bonfires. Listen:
NEWS BRIEF: "Two Men Held in Pakistan Are Back Numbers", DEBKAfile,

"DEBKAfile's counter-terror experts are skeptical about the sourcing
of the intelligence which prompted the terror alert - declared Sunday
at five financial bastions in New York, Washington and New Jersey - to
Pakistan's two newest al Qaeda captives ... But ascribing the
'unusually specific information' to these two detainees in Pakistani
custody poses questions ... The two men are not of the usual al-Qaeda
caliber for preparing a complex, spectacular attack in the United
States - or even acting as the top level's repositories for the
necessary foreknowledge. Only very limited information must therefore
have been elicited from the two men detained in Pakistan and their
computers..."
Number 1 Allegation Refuted: This information refutes Ridge's
allegation we have listed as Number 1, above. These two 'thugs'
captured in Pakistan were most unlikely candidates to have possessed
such sensitive information. Their knowledge about planned terror
attacks was extremely limited. Was Tom Ridge lying or just badly
misinformed?
Number 2 Allegation Refuted: Since these two men were such low-level
operatives who could not possibly have known this type of
intelligence, they also could not possibly have known the exact
location of the planned strike. Of course, this second understanding
is a simple and logical outgrowth of the realization that these men
were nothing more than low-level Al Qaeda.
But, then, DEBKAfile completely destroys the notion that American
Intelligence could place any confidence in material they had
discovered in captured Al Qaeda computers.
"The Al Qaeda computers fallen into US intelligence hands until now
have thrown out an abundance of data on terror plots and networks,
most of which proved false or planted to mislead." [Ibid.]
Once again, we have to question either the competency of truthfulness
of Tom Ridge when he bases his national alert status on such tenuous
and/or outright bogus intelligence information. Are we headed for yet
another "intelligence failure"? Believe me, if professional
intelligence agents get burned by the enemy, they will learn from that
experience and will not place any more credence on that type of
information.
Finally, DEBKAfile trashed the concept that Al Qaeda was really
planning a mega-strike against any targets, including American! Listen
very carefully.
"Even if some of the information obtained from the two detainees holds
up, an operation on the colossal scale of 9/11 was not contemplated,
only strikes using local teams. Al Qaeda would not activate its entire
network for suicide truck bomb attacks on buildings ... Counting
possible sleepers, the fundamentalist organization does not maintain
in North America even one tenth of its present strength in Iraq..."
Therefore, Al Qaeda does not even have enough manpower to carry out
mega-strikes against American targets and may not even have the
capability of staging suicide truck bomb attacks on buildings!
This revelation is positively huge! Once again, we see that our
government leaders are probably lying to us as they continue to issue
terror alerts based upon no evidence or bogus evidence or deliberately
manufactured "evidence". In this vein, let us go back to our original
New York Daily News article.
"The feds have no information that an attack is imminent ..." [Ibid.]
As we have patiently pointed out since the 9/11 attacks, whenever you
see the words that a terror alert is based upon "no specific
information", that terror alert has turned out to be false.
Now, let us turn to Ridge's Allegation Number 3, i.e., That he had "
frightening new evidence of Al Qaeda plots". Emphasis is on "new".
Number 3 Allegation Refuted: NEWS BRIEF: "Reports That Led to Terror
Alert Were Years Old, Officials Say", The New York Times, August 3,
2004
"WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 -Much of the information that led the authorities
to raise the terror alert at several large financial institutions in
the New York City and Washington areas was three or four years old,
intelligence and law enforcement officials said on Monday. They
reported that they had not yet found concrete evidence that a
terrorist plot or preparatory surveillance operations were still under
way ... Frances Fragos Townsend, the White House homeland security
adviser, said on Monday in an interview on PBS that surveillance
reports, apparently collected by Qaeda operatives had been "gathered
in 2000 and 2001" ... A sizable part of the information seized in
Pakistan described reconnaissance carried out before the Sept. 11
attacks ... The comments of government officials on Monday seemed
softer in tone than the warning issued the day before ... 'What we've
uncovered is a collection operation as opposed to the launching of an
attack', a senior American official said."
This last sentence really should hit home: "What we've uncovered is a
collection operation as opposed to the launching of an attack".

Yet, Tom Ridge scared an entire nation to death by his strident
warning and by his elevation of the terror alert to orange.
In fact, Homeland Security Chief Ridge was forced to quickly admit
that the intelligence information upon which he based in terror alert
was three years old.

"NEW YORK - The warning that US financial centres may be attacked by
al Qaeda was based largely on three-year-old information, Homeland
Security Secretary Tom Ridge said on Tuesday, but some intelligence
dated from January and he insisted the threat was still real. Ridge's
appearance in New York at the Citigroup building named on Sunday as a
potential al Qaeda target came as US terrorism intelligence has come
under fire again, this time for forcing police in New York, Washington
and New Jersey to massively increase security based on old
information."
Many other news outlets jumped on this reality, that Ridge's terror
alert was based on very old and very worthless, intelligence
information.
On the very next day, White House officials had "discovered" new
intelligence!
NEWS BRIEF: "Officials now say new data behind alert", Denver Post,
August 4, 2004
"Washington - Senior government officials said Tuesday that there was
new intelligence of a possible terrorist attack that prompted them to
elevate the terror alert Sunday. The officials said the separate
stream of intelligence, which they had not previously disclosed,
reached the White House late last week and was part of a flow that the
officials said prompted them to act urgently in the past few days."
How are we to believe this new line? If the White House and Homeland
Security were willing to base a huge terror alert on intelligence
information this old, how are we to believe them when they react to
criticism by saying, "Oh, yes, that information was really old, but
believe us now when we tell you that we received new information in
January". If that were true, Ridge would have stated that fact on
Sunday, August 1, rather than on Monday, August 2, after the flap had
exploded into the general news stream.
Remember, we are dealing with an Administration who deliberately
created a bogus "intelligence service" called Office of Special Plans
in mid-2002, after the regular CIA had refused to sign off on the
really scary intelligence information the Bush White House needed to
justify the Iraqi invasion (NEWS1890 and NEWS1890b for full details).
If this Administration was willing to go the effort to create a false
intelligence service in mid-2002, in order to foist huge and
frightening lies upon us about Saddam's WMD capability, you have to
realize this same Administration cannot be trusted now.
DEMOCRATS CRY "FOUL"

"BURSTING THE BOUNCE? But former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean accused Bush
of releasing the information now to dampen the rise in opinion polls,
or 'bounce', Kerry might have expected after his nominating convention
in Boston last week. 'Isn't it unusual they might choose two days
after the Democratic National Convention when John Kerry was in the
middle of his bounce', Dean, who ran against Kerry for the
presidential nomination, said in an interview on MSNBC's 'Hardball'.
The alert, he said, could have been issued weeks ago."
You are right, Mr. Dean. This ability to throw a monkey wrench into
the campaign of a presidential contender is always a feared commodity,
and is known as the "Power of the Incumbency". The Executive Branch
has set in place men serving at the pleasure of the President who are
specifically charged with the responsibility of ensuring the safety of
all Americans, both here and abroad. If these men are willing to
publish false reports because their boss wants them to, the
presidential contender is in a great deal of difficulty because
American citizens rally around their President in times of crisis and
they feel secure in the common illusion that their President is an
honorable man who only has their best interests at heart.
Therefore, the Power of the Incumbency is a fearsome weapon,
especially amongst an electorate who has long ago lost the ability to
think critically and to question authority! We shall likely see much
more of this type of campaign tactic as we proceed through the
Republican National Convention. After all, while Candidate John Kerry
was positioning himself as a Vietnam War Hero, President Bush was
positioning himself as a successful "War On Terror" president. Under
his wise leadership, America has suffered no successful terrorist
attack since 9/11. We have had many terror warnings, but our vigilant
President has successfully deterred all of them!
You see, many undiscerning American citizens will look upon every
terror alert which did not occur as another instance in which the
enemy tried to attack, but were turned back by a strong, alert Bush
government. TV shows depicting weekly Homeland Security and FBI fights
against terror alerts foster this type of naive belief.
IS A TERRORIST ATTACK OF GREAT MAGNITUDE POSSIBLE?
Yes, of course, such an attack is possible, simply because the
Illuminati plans just such an attack in order to panic the people into
accepting a dictatorship. In fact, in the official New World Order
Plan, New York is specifically singled out for a nuclear attack, as
this Illuminati Card demonstrates. As you will further recall, this
card is the second one depicting New York City under attack; that
first card showed the World Trade Center being hit in exactly the
place the first plane hit the North Tower (Read NEWS1753]. I have
always felt that, since the Illuminati Card Game depicted two major
New York City attack cards, the City was targeted for two major
terrorist attacks -- carried out by the Illuminati, of course, so that
they may move this country and the world into the dictatorship of the
New World Order.
Let us now review the most concise, succinct, and well-written part of
the plan depicting the global disasters which the Illuminati is
planning to wreak upon the world so they can begin their World War
III, the "Final Birth Pangs" war to produce Antichrist.
"... can you imagine what will happen if Los Angeles is hit with a 9.0
quake, New York City is destroyed by a terrorist-planted atomic bomb,
World War III breaks out in the Middle East, the banks and the stock
markets collapse, Extraterrestrials land on the White House lawn, food
disappears from the markets, some people disappear, the Messiah
presents himself to the world, and all in a very short period of
time?" ["Behold A Pale Horse", by William Cooper, p. 167, 177]
As you can see, New York City is planned to be hit with a
"terrorist-planted atomic bomb" (NEWS1938), followed by the outbreak
of World War III. Remember this sequence, for it is very important.
Now, carefully notice the rest of the "Combined Disasters" the
Illuminati has planned for the rest of the world:
1. Very short but very deadly global war using nuclear weapons upon
select population concentrations
2. Los Angeles is hit with a 9.0 quake
3. New York City is destroyed by a terrorist-planted atomic bomb
4. World War III breaks out in the Middle East*
5. Banks and the stock markets collapse
6. Extraterrestrials land on the White House lawn
7. Food disappears from the markets - Famine
8. Some people disappear -- (Rapture?)
9. The Messiah presents himself to the world
* This World War III will break out in the Middle East, starting
between Israel and her Arab neighbors (NEWS1056), but then will spread
to the entire region. Shortly thereafter, North Korea will precipitate
a nuclear crisis which will threaten the existence of mankind,
followed by China invading Taiwan.
Unparalleled disaster is what the Illuminati has planned. Of course,
we know that #9 will occur at the very end of this period. However,
please carefully consider that these terrible events are to happen
together, as a unit; further, former Satanists have told me that this
entire set of disasters will occur within a 13-week time frame (91
days). Therefore, no single event is going to occur if all other
events are not ready to go -- at least ready to go within 91 days.
Are all these elements ready to go? As I look at these planned
elements, I am struck by the reality that Israel has not yet separated
her population from the Palestinians in order for the war to begin.
What do I mean? As we have stated in NEWS1422, NEWS1620, and NEWS1625,
Israel is planning to annihilate the Palestinian people in fulfillment
of Obadiah 15-18 and the parallel passage in Isaiah 34. Before she can
carry out this genocidal war, she must first separate her population
from the descendants of the "House of Esau" -- the Palestinians.
Israel began to build a separation security fence in November, 2000,
and is continuing apace; however, she is only 25% finished, with a
projected finish time of the end of 2005. Part of this annihilation
plan is to unilaterally disengage from the Gaza Strip and selected
areas of the West Bank, pulling those settlers living amidst the sea
of Palestinians back behind the Security Fence, which is planned to
follow the Green Line pretty closely.
In order to execute the unilateral disengagement, Israel needs a very
stable government -- a "Unity Government". Under the leadership of
Prime Minister Sharon and Labor leader Peres, this secular unity
government is taking shape. Once this government is in place, the pace
of withdrawal and of completing the security fence will then
accelerate.
However, even a rapid acceleration would not get Israel's population
separated by September 2 or 11 for that matter. Therefore, Israel is
not yet ready to commence her planned war. For this reason, I believe
the mega-terror attack on New York City using a nuclear device will
not occur in this time frame. Smaller car and truck bombs may be
detonated, to give the Republican Convention and extra dimension and
fear, but the mega-attack will probably not occur.
One other consideration is in order. There are still too many
"Non-Integrating" countries right now to allow the "Final Birth Pangs
War" to begin.
In NEWS1833 and NEWS1906, we introduced the Pentagon plan whereby
those nations throughout the world whose economy and government are
not now able to integrate into the global cashless economy of the
coming Antichrist will be forced to rapidly change, or die. These
nations are called the "Non-Functioning Gap" ("Non-Integrating")
countries; those countries who are now capable of functioning in the
cashless system are called "Functioning Core".
In order to force a rapid change in the government and economy of
these "Non-Integrating" countries, key countries like America, Great
Britian, European Union, and Australia have taken it upon themselves
to create the urgency required to invade one nation within the
"Non-Functioning Gap" region, overthrowing the government and
instituting the changes needed. This plan is one of the reasons we
invaded Afghanistan and Iraq, why Indonesia invaded the Aceh Province,
and why Australia invaded the tiny Solomon Islands. Once one country
in the region is invaded and overthrown, the other "Non-Integrating"
countries are supposed to get the message and change rapidly on their
own.
In both these articles, above, we have shown a map of the region which
depicts these "Non-Integrating" countries. Afghanistan, Iraq and Haiti
have been overthrown according to this principle, but there are so
many more yet to change. Africa and Central and South America are
chock full of "Non-Integrating" countries. Even though our Special
Forces are hard at work in these regions, working under the protection
of our Embassies, to destablize and overthrow these countries, progess
is slow and difficult.
We believe there are too many "Non-Integrating" countries right now to
allow the Third World War to begin. Certainly, a mega-terror attack on
New York City would begin the process to this war, and is planned to
occur at roughly the same time as Israel goes to war with her Arab
neighbors.
CONCLUSION
For the next month, we Americans are going to be treated to an
incredible string of terror alerts and stories designed to raise our
consciousness about the possibility of devastating terror attacks to
new heights. These Tom Ridge terror alerts -- based upon spurious
"intelligence" -- are designed with the following factors in mind:
1. To take the traditional "bounce" in popularity away from the
Democrat presidential nominee, John Kerry
2. To establish President Bush as a successful "War On Terror"
President in time for the convention and from which to launch a Fall
campaign
3. To provide the kind of support the 9/11 Panel needs to get their 41
recommendations enacted into law. Remember, it has only been about one
week since those recommendations were publicized. President Bush plans
to enact 25 of them by Executive Order, while a Congressional
subcommittee is now meeting through the traditional Summer recess to
lay the groundwork for Congress to enact the rest. Therefore, would it
not be easier for President Bush and Congress to enact these
recommendations if the country were gripped by a powerful terrorist
threat to our financial and political capitals and the repository of
so many of our national symbols? Under the threat of extreme terror,
even the most draconian of measures can be passed.
Once the President "prevents" this terrible terrorist threat from
occurring, he will be in a great position to launch his campaign for
reelection! His credentials as successful "War On Terror" President
will far outshine Kerry's credentials as "Vietnam War Hero".
One other matter needs to be considered: this terrible period through
which we are passing, and these repeated terror alerts, are fulfilling
the Bible prophecy of Rumors of Wars (Matthew 24:6-8).
"And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not
frightened or troubled ... For nation will rise against nation, and
kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in
place after place ... this is the intolerable anguish." [Matthew
24:6-7; Parallel KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary]
Take notice of Jesus' admonition: "see that you are not frightened or
troubled". The Bible has much to say about not being frightened.

open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able
to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a
result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many
souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have
been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to
immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly
forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit.
Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible
Study.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but have come to
realize His reality and the approaching End of the Age, and want to
accept His FREE Gift of Eternal Life, you can also do so now, in the
privacy of your home. Once you accept Him as Savior, you are
spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were
already there. Then, you can rest assured that the Kingdom of
Antichrist will not touch you spiritually.
