Especially when it killed no one. I mean why go to the bother of making
ricin and then waste it by sending it to a place where it is extremely
likely to be detected?
That's assuming that it was ricin and not a false positive test. If it
is genuine it points to some wacko with a grudge against the government
rather than terrorists per se.
