Not the start, but the beginning of the end.....

This is a very good interpretation in my opinion and similar to what I have
uncovered in my studies of Nostradamus, the Book of revelations, the book of
Daniel, and modern day and ancient prophesies.

I used to be a big fan of Nosty, but recently have been questioning his
character. He was a very interesting man to say the least. After reading
about religious prophets before Nosty's time that prophesied similar events
enigmatically described by Nosty got me thinking. What if Nosty got his
material from the prophesies of the saints before him?

It makes a lot of sense that he actually spent time in his secret room
studying true prophets before him instead of all the hocus pocus stuff. He
was very secretive of his methods and claimed to take his secret to his
grave. He was also purported to have burned some of his work, and maybe his
sources. Such a source could have been the Mirabilis liber published in
1524, which is a collection of prophesies of religious people before Nosty
originally written in Latin.

I do not believe in astrology, being a scientist and all, and also do not
believe in magic clairvoyance by looking at a black mirror or bowl of water.
I do believe in the Holy Spirit however, and so accept Nosty not as a
prophet, but more as a scholar.

Anyway, some of the differences that I understand is that of the listed
Popes by Malachy, that the Popes listed are true Popes. That is, they are
the Vicars of Christ and not Anti-Popes that are specifically fallible. So,
the last two popes are not necessarily the next two Popes. The next Pope
could possibly be very Liberal and cause a huge problem that leads to
apostasy and schism.

From what I understand, JPII is supposed to be the fleeing Pope from this
attack, possibly a large scale terrorist attack from a large terrorist cell
in Italy. He will then be martyred and filmed because the whole world will
see it. JPII will dedicate his martyrdom to Mary, and surprise the
terrorists with a divine vigor and defiance to the terrorists.

I would think that this would have to happen soon though, because the Pope
definitely does not have much time left. He did do well this Easter with
the tough schedule and never ceases to amaze me with spurts of good health.
The next Pope seems more likely, but improbable is not necessarily
impossible. It is very unlikely the Pope will live for another decade or
five years for that matter, but it is not impossible.

Time will tell.

God bless,

Thaddeus

I thought this (jpII) was supposed to be the last pope according to

Nostradamus?

No. Some people believe that the Papal lineage is almost finished because

of

prophecies by an Irish saint named Malachy. While on a pilgrimage to

Rome, he

saw a vision of the next 112 popes and attributed a short enigmatic latin
phrase to describe them. According to his list, we're on Pope #110. For
example, the first on the list was "castle on the Tiber River" and that

first

Pope was born on the Tiber and his Italian surname was "Castle." Pope

John

Paul I was named "of the half-moon" He was coronated & died on a

half-moon.

Pope John Paul II's epigram is "of the solar eclipse" and he was born on a
solar eclipse. It is believed by some he will die on an eclipse too.

Now here is where the legends of Nostradamus comes into play. The next

Pope on

Malachy's list (#111) is called "Gloria Olivæ" which means "Glory of the

Olive

[Branch]" Some people believe this means that 1) this Pope will be

coronated

during a time of peace 2) this Pope will hearld in a short time of peace

3)

The Olive Branch will be on his Coat of Arms but sugguest something ironic

of

his reign (which was the case with many of Malachy's slogans).

According to Nostradamus during the final Popes -- there will be a

conflict in

the Conclave over whom to elect. Half the Cardinals will support a

Spanish

[speaking] Cardinal, the other half a French one. There is another

quatrain

which says the winning Pope will be French & suggests this Pope will be a
Catholic convert. Then, because of the election -- there will be a

schism.

Other quatrains sugguest that Muslims (in a "metal fish") will sack Rome

during

this Pope's reign and this [French?] Pope will flee back to France - like

back

in the days of the Avignon Exile. This sacking of Rome will be one of the
starting causes of a world war -- perhaps World War III.

If you look at the current demographics of the Church, this is a very

plausible

situation. Many Catholic "experts" believe that since the largest

populations

of Catholics are from Latin American, there is a strong possiblity for a
Spanish [speaking] Cardinal to win the nomination. And these same

"experts"

all have potential lists which contain Latin American Cardinals.

However, there is one current French Cardinal which could fit both

criteria.

Cardinal Lustiger of Paris was a Jewish convert who hid in Benedictine
monestaries durning WWII. The Benedictine's symbol is the Olive Branch.

Some people also believe the 3rd "Secret" from Fátima has yet to be

fulfilled.

Fátima is a little town in Portugal, where the Virgin Mary appeared to 3
children back in the 1913-14. She told the children 3 future events, 2 of
which were told at the time of the vision; but She warned them to keep the
third secret until the right time (She had Lucinda write them down then

seal

the envelop and give it to the local bishop to pass on to the Pope). It

was

supposed to be released in the 1960s, but the sole survivor Lucinda said

she

was informed to wait [It is said when Pope Paul VI read the prophecy, he

wept

for a few days]. On the 50th Anniversary of Fátima, Pope John Paul II had
Lucinda read the last "secret" at the Beatification of her cousins (the

fellow

visionaries).

Many believe it described the assassination [attempt] of Pope John Paul

II.

When an arab tried to kill him on the Oct. 13 (the anniversary of the

Fátima

visions) the only reason he wasn't killed was due to him kneeling down to

kiss

an image of Our Lady of Fátima at the very instant the bullet was fired.

After

this, John Paul always had a very deep devotion (for obvious reasons) to

the

Queen of the Rosary (Mary's title from Fátima).

This secret says a "bishop in white" will be ambushed by arabs while

fleeing

Rome then killed while kneeling to help a wounded man.

A lot of the faithful believe that since the other 2 Prophecies from

Fátima

were very specific (1 - that Germany would rise up 2x to lose a war & 2 -
Russia would convert to communism and "spread her errors" around the

world),

the fact that John Paul II wasn't ambushed as described in the vision

sugguests

a future Pope is to suffer this fate.

Oh, the last Pope on on Malachy's list (#112) is "Petrus Romanus" or

"Peter the

Roman" No other pope has ever used the name "Peter" -- so it's believed

the

last Pope would take that title. It is also believed he will either 1)

bring

the Papacy back to Rome after its exile (per Nostradamus's quatrains) or

2)

born in Rome.

Not that I totally believe in all this, but this is a very likely scenerio

I

have formulated from my studies of Nostradamus & Catholic mysticism. Each
mystic tradition is like a puzzle piece -- and it's not until you place

all the

pieces together you can see the full panoramic view.
