Not Nostradamus, he speaks of a lot more popes. You are thinking of

Actually, so as not to mislead any new or recent readers of APN,
perhaps it would be more accurate to state that both Malachy and
Nostradamus had well documented and separate existences; it is
therefore ridiculous to assert that they are the very same
person.
*
What the writer above could have written but decided not to
write, was that it is my conclusion that the so-called Malachy
prophecy was authored by none other than Michel de Nostredame and
that both prophecies -- i.e., the one authored by Nostradamus and
the one attributed to St-Malachy -- end with the unintended
destruction of Paris in the Summer of 2017.
*
Which brings us to the number of popes remaining before the end
of both prophecies, i.e., before the end of Paris. Using the so-
called Malachy's papal mottos, and including the present pope, we
see three mottos assigned to three popes:
*
DE LABORE SOLIS - referring to the Labour of the Sun, referring
to an eclipse of the Sun, referring to Karol Wojtyla's birth
date, on the day of a solar eclipse.
*
DE GLORIA OLIVAE - referring to John-Paul II's immediate
successor.
*
PETRUS ROMANUS - referring to the pope who is Head of the Roman
Catholic Church when Paris is destroyed, at 3:53 a.m., on Sunday,
August 13, 2017.
*
As Nostradamus *knows* his prophecy, he could not have spoken of
any more popes than those who rule from 1557 to 2017, the time
span of his prophecy.
*
Those asserting that he does speak of any more popes not only
mislead their readers, here and elsewhere, but are also showing
how poorly they understand Nostradamus' texts.
*
As to the so-called Malachy prophecy, it is not known to have had
any independent existence prior to Nostradamus' lifetime, as it
was first published long after his 1566 death, in a 1595 book
apparently authored by a certain Arnold de Wion.

Bull. Your theory is based on speculation and your 2017 hypothesis, on
anagrams. Nostradamus has a couple of dozen quatrains remaining to
happen about popes. Not to mention what is in the letter to Henri II.
You are the one who is in the potatoes.
You are entitled to your illusion, but not to pretend that others
mislead the readers because they don't follow your cue. NO ONE believes
your theories Claude. And it doesn't mean they mislead anyone.

It probably was written by Arnold then... It is Malachi who spoke though
Arnold and proved he had said "I'll be back!" (with Austrian accent). ;-)

On Sun, 24 Oct 2004 05:13:00 GMT, Jean Guernon <jguernon@globetrotter.net>
was still unable to grasp the significance of the fact that the so-called
Malachy prophecy ends after the Roman Catholic Church would know two more
popes after John Paul II:
*
Which brings us to the number of popes remaining before the end
of both prophecies, i.e., before the end of Paris. Using the so-
called Malachy's papal mottos, and including the present pope, we
see three mottos assigned to three popes:

successor.
*
PETRUS ROMANUS - referring to the pope who is Head of the Roman
Catholic Church when Paris is destroyed, at 3:53 a.m., on Sunday,
August 13, 2017.
*
PETRUS ROMANUS being the cryptic anagram for MON PARIS MEURT,
which - for the gallically challenged - means: MY PARIS DIES,
*
So, the question then becomes: Whose Paris dies? Answer: the-
author-of-the-motto's Paris. Who is the author of the motto?
Answer: Michel de Nostredame.
*
How do we know?
*
Once upon a time, a very clever poster (not me) noted that - if
one were to take the name of the person who published the so-
called Malachy prophecy in 1595 (Arnold of Wion) and if one were
to invert the only letter in his name not part of the Latin
alphabet, one would come upon the following:
*
ARNOLDUS DE WION = ARNOLDUS DE MION (the W being inverted).
*
Then, this very clever poster further noted that the letters in
ARNOLDUS DE MION correspond, more or less, to the letters in...
*
Ta-daaa!!!
*
DU BON NOSTRE DAME
*
Thus:
*
DU (B)ON NOS(T)RE DAM(E) -- IL
*
So, it seems that Jean Guernon was correct in stating that the
so-called Malachy prophecy was authored by ARNOLDUS DE WION, as
this name happens to be a cryptic anagram for a prophecy written

Absolute Baloney, assigns someone elses prophecy to Nostradamus and

An interesting case study of the behaviour of a self-styled
exegete -- allegedly the best exegete alive in the world --
sometimes produces amusing results. If you can escape the usual
'*****!' and other expletives, you get to see the extent of
the intelligence of said so-called exegete.
*
The case in point has to do with an explanation of the fact that
a so-called Malachy prophecy ends with the second successor to
pope John Paul II. My first attempt at obtaining an explanation
other than the one I had already offered went like this:
*
ATTEMPT #1:
What Jean Guernon has not explained yet is the reason for the so-
called Malachy prophecy ending with this PETRUS ROMANUS. I have
given an explanation (the prophecy ends with the 2017 destruction
of Paris), but I have not seen any coming from Jean Guernon. Have

This 2017 paris fable is an invention by you. That is why.
J.
*
Which does not answer the question: Why does the so-called
Malachy prophecy end with the second successor to pope John-
Paul II. So, I tried a second time:

ATTEMPT #2:
Unless you have recently degenerated into an absolute moron, you
must still be able to see that your statement above cannot
possibly explain why the so-called Malachy prophecy ends with the
second successor to John-Paul II, which is the issue I was
pointing to and to which you had not given any explanation.
Perhaps you don't have any. Why not simply admit it? And if you
do have an explanation, why not simply state it?
Bah, easy, Malachi is not Nostradamus. Nostradamus wouldn't contradict
himself.
J.
*
A further demonstration that the writer above seems to be
pathologically incapable of admitting that he does not know the
answer to the question: Why does the so-called Malachy prophecy
end with the second successor to pope John-Paul II?
*
So, for the record, I shall try for a third time:
*
ATTEMPT #3:
Regardless of who authored the so-called Malachy prophecy, it is
a well-known fact that its last three popes are assigned a motto,
a short description:
*
DE LABORE SOLIS (John-Paul II, born under an eclipse of the Sun)
DE GLORIA OLIVAE
PETRUS ROMANUS
*
The question is: Why does this prophecy end there and then?
*
Have a nice day, ye all!

Which goes to show that Jean Guernon, the celebrated author and
best exegete alive with an absolute perfect record about
Nostradamus, does not have a single original idea to offer this
NewsGroup, as he was given three chances to answer the clear and
simple question: Why does the so-called Melachy prophecy end with
the second successor to pope John-Paul II?
*
Nor did any of the other regular contributors to this NewsGroup.
Two of these ignoramuses preferred to attack the one who is
asking the question rather than attempting to answer it.
*
They don't have any answer to offer either. So, until someone
comes up with a reasonably good answer to this clear and simple
question, it shall be noted that the only answer offered to this
NewsGroup has been and is: The reason why the so-called Malachy
prophecy ends with the second successor to pope John-Paul II is
that is is designed to be used as a confirmation of the term of
Nostradamus' encyphered prophecy about the end of Paris,
destroyed on Sunday, August 13, 2017, at 3:53 a.m., as both
prophecies end at the same time and for the same reason.

All we know is that it doesn't agree with the prophecies of the Seer.
This group is not to wonder about another Seer.
Much like you invented quatrains with ***** anagrams, only you make
up the idiotic hypothesis that Malachi is Nostradamus. And it is
debunked with this fact that their prophecies don't even agree.

This could be my last POST. (This is 4 times with denied 'Access')
Nostradamus also predicts that we have one more Pope to go.
Not Nostradamus, he speaks of a lot more popes. You are thinking of
St-Malachi, although Claude would argue they are the same.
Are you saying you agree with Claude about this that St-malachi really
was Nostradamus?

I had problem too posting, and I am using easy news, but somehow the
netscape browser picked my other (local - telus) news server to send it
(there is a bug with netscape since it should use the one I use to read
and reply), and three or four times it told me that it was not being
able to send it. Yesterday too there was a prob. So anyway, I realized
that by the message, and changed that (I thought all along I was sending
with easy news) so I just deleted the local server and now Netscape
sends using easynews with no problem. The point is that since the prob.
was with my local Quebec server like you, maybe they have problems with
them. It is not normal. But they surely won't take out apn, you can bet
on that. They must have some global networking problems that won't last.
Unfortunately if you don't, have another news server like a commercial
one, you don't have this option. Me, I had always occasional problems in
the past until I switched to an alternative server for my newsgroups.
But it is because this group is very important for me being a published
writer on the subject of the topic. But otherwise someone who doesn't
have such an heightened interest should probably be patient and wait
until it is sorted out...

Maybe you should 'distance' yourself from my POSTs
Until you 'solve' the Riddle of my name (and why it is being so diligently
followed).

Well i found a few prominent Christian named Miller who intervene pretty
strongly in the Middle east, if this is what you allude to, Mark Miller,
Denis Miller, Dan Miller, Robin Miller, Christian Miller... But looked
for 5-10 minutes. So maybe there are others, maybe you don't mean Miller.
I am interested in solving Nostradamus riddles, not that much your
name's riddle. Many people here offer riddles here (claude is the
typical example). But usually these don't really bring anything to the
central debate of the interpretation of the prophecies as they are worded.
Only Nostradamus is the genius here to have put riddles of the divinely
revealed future in such a way that they would be obvious after the fact
but would keep veiled until then in order to protect the prophecy.
People who think they have something special compared to him are usually
deluded about themselves and about his work. So suit yourself if you are
going to play mind games.
But I will comment on Nostradamus quatrains here if they are
misrepresented. Other than that...
