Apparently our objectives in making war upon Iraq have been achieved:
1. We have toppled Saddam Hussein's regime.
2. We have assured ourselves that Iraq has no nuclear weapons.
3. We have assured ourselves that Iraq has no weapons of mass
destruction.
4. Our administration has no interest in nation-building.
5. We did not go to war for oil.
With all this accomplished, why spend $87 billion more? Why not
declare "Mission Accomplished" and bring the kids home?
What about rebuilding Iraq?
That is the US's responsibility!

Not if the Iraqis don't want the US to rebuild.
There seems to be a widespread Iraqi attitude of : "Just get out of our country !"
