*THANK GOD* the election is finally over!!
******************************************
LIKE I'VE SAID ALL ALONG, Bush-Cheney WILL trounce Kerry-Edwards
by double-digits, and the Republicans WILL pick up seats in the
House and Senate. And while Al-Qaeda did NOT attack America by
or before election-day with WMDs, they DID indeed attack us with
Usama Bin Laden's desperate pleas to vote GW Bush out of office,
a FAILED Madrid-like ploy to negatively-influence our election.
Umm, Bush did not trounce Kerry by Double digits, he only won by about
51-48.
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
It is the ELECTORAL COLLEGE which puts the President into
the White House, not the popular vote. I thought everybody
knew that. Double digits in the electoral college is what
President George W. Bush achieved, and that's where the
rubber hits the road! Also, he earned the largest popular
vote ever in American history, no doubt in part due to the
rising population, but also due to Bush's huge popularity
among us law-abiding tax-paying patriotic American voters,
as the outcome of the election has proven for all to see.
I'd like to see a per-capita turnout study on the election,
since that would be the better barometer of his popularity.
Had it not been for 2000, the pundits would be talking about
how close this election really was. Indeed I am not sure, but I think
that Kerry's total number of votes would have been enough to win most
elections prior to this one.
Maybe, maybe not. Who knows what might've been but was never meant
to be? I think the recent 18-minute Bin Laden endorsement for Kerry
was too much for even most moderately-liberal Democrats to stomach.
That's like an Israeli politician getting an endorsement from the
neo-NAZIs four days out from the election for Prime Minister! That
could NOT have helped Kerry's chances, and voters got the message.
Clearly, the across-the-board cooperation of our law-enforcement
and intelligence services on the local, city, state, federal and
international levels have been *VERY* effective in circumventing
any post-9/11/2001 Al-Qaeda/Jihadist attack on the United States.
And, now that our President is serving his second term in office,
Al-Qaeda & their fellow Jihadists around the world are trembling
in FEAR and rightly so. They KNOW that Bush is going to continue
to do everything humanly possible to hunt every last one of them
down and send their miserable souls to the darkest pits of Hades!
Ok, a couple of minor points here;
1. President Bush is not actually serving his second term yet, his
second term does not begin to January. Technically while extremely
unlikely, it is even possible that the Electoral College will refuse
to elect him.
Okay, technically speaking you're correct that Bush's second term begins
upon his (re)inauguration January 20th, 2005. But any two-term president
does in effect, at least psychologically, begin serving their second
term once they're certain that they've been reelected president. And it
is clear that Bush and everybody else on the planet knows that for SURE.
Short of global thermonuclear holocaust, we've got 4 MORE YEARS of Bush!
2. The Jihadists are trembling in fear now that he was elected to a
second term but not before now? that seems awfully strange.
The Jihad is fighting a losing battle to preserve their medieval
oppressive ways, and they know it. This is the 21st century A.D.
George W. Bush is the leader of the free world, and is the fore-
most defender of freedom and democracy, and foremost liberator of
brutally-oppressive cultures which are mainly found in bastions
of militant-Islam (i.e. pseudo-Islam). They're dinosaurs, and will
rapidly become extinct, as if a giant asteroid (a.k.a. meteoroid)
were to come crashing down on all Damascus one lovely afternoon!
We're coming after the terrorists armed with the power of the Sun
sooner than they think. We're going to eradicate and Exterminate!
3. How is Bush going to continue to hunt them down when he hasn't done
all that much hunting in the last couple of years anyway?
Typical failed Democrat talking points will get you NOWHERE, just
like it got you NOWHERE in the election. The Democrats are LOSERS.
Deal with it. We Republicans are the VICTORS! Like it or lump it.
Bush-Cheney's resounding victory over the liberal left candidate
and his trial lawyer friend is reverberating around the world in
every nation be they friend or foe. The Europeans were surprised
to learn of Kerry's defeat, and are now beginning to realize how
Americans feel about their ineffective influence on our election.
Rather, France, Germany, et al are waking up to the fact that we
DON'T appreciate their unsolicited interference with our country,
most especially not during World War Three which we & our allies
are successfully fighting and winning against the Islamic Jihad.
LOL. 1. It aint WWIII.
Reminds me Michael Moore's "there's no terrorist threat" ad nauseam.
I really think Moore ought to sue Usama Bin Laden for plagiarizing
"Fahrenheit 9/11" in that Usama tape Al Jazeera aired Friday last.
Indeed this IS World War Three, just exactly like America was forced
into World War Two on December 7, 1941. World War Three started on
September 11th, 2001. Only the terrorists and their supporters would
have you believe otherwise. Hmmm... so what's that make YOU & yours?
2. If we don't appreciate unsolicited intereference in our country
then maybe we should stop interfering in outerh countries.
Now you're talking like Usama Bin Laden. We've got the Patriot Act
to deal with suspicious characters like you. The F.B.I.'s got your
number. If I were you, I'd think twice about supporting terrorists.
3. It has yet to be proven that we are winning or even can win against
the Jihad; even Bush said as much before Rove pulled him back on
message.
Yeah, just like Hanoi John Kerry said "we'll never defeat communism".
The late President Ronald Reagan certainly proved THAT to be wrong!
And the Commander-in-Chief of the most powerful military machine in
the world, with 1000s of heavy-megaton high-energy nuclear weapons
ready to launch and drop at a moment's notice, you shouldn't be so
surprised to learn that the President doesn't always tell the public
what he's thinking. You only know what the Pentagon WANTS you to know.
The public perception of America's military might is but a miniscule
speck of dust found on the tip of the iceberg the size of JUPITER!
Don't be fooled into imagining that we can't end WWIII in One Hour.
Similarly, here in the United States the left-wing Democrats are
trying to deal with their punishing loss in the election, trying
to figure out WHY President Bush won by the largest popular vote
in American history! Maybe the moderate ergo reasonable Democrats
can join the REAL world again, and leave their left-wing liberal
counterparts to wallow in the ashes of their self-imploded Usama
Bin-Kerry campaign. And states proposing BANS against Homosexual
marriage passed in flying colors! Soon it'll be banned nationwide.
Lets see, he won by the largest popular vote in history because
perhaps more people voted than ever before; in part because there are
more Americans than ever before?
See above.
In contrast Bush did not even come
close to winnning by the largest margin in history in either absolute
terms or relative terms. His father's defeat of Michael Dukakis was
far stronger in terms of number. Of course speaking of egos, few have
egos greater than those of gloating republicans.
In this particular instance, I readily concur with your analysis.
To the VICTOR goes the spoils! And Republicans ARE the *victor*.
And yes, I enjoyed seeing the dejected faces on you rabid left-
wing liberal Democrats on Wednesday morning. You animals looked
to the exit-polls for your victory. That had to hurt REALLY BAD!
Fortunately for America and our allies, the Patriot Act is going
to continue to help law-enforcement to track down terrorists and
other dangerously-violent criminals with little interference from
the ever-dwindling minority of left-wing extremists in our nation,
e.g., the ACLU. I'm looking forward to our Republican legislators
turning up the heat on violent criminals AND those who defend them.
You can bet that the bad guys and their criminal defense attorneys
are getting mighty worried in the wake of the Kerry-Edwards defeat,
since they *KNOW* Bush is the terrorist criminal's WORST NIGHTMARE!
This is the thing I fear most of all. I while I use to differe with
Republicans on social issues, I could at least respect their position
of a strict interpretation of the Constitution and their belief in
smaller government. The so called Patriot Act and any attempts to
extend it are the single greatest threats to American Freedoms in
almost a century.
The Patriot Act is the best law-enforcement and intelligence tool to
come along since the end of World War Two. The ONLY people afraid of
the Patriot Act are either themselves a criminal, or are defenders
of criminals, to wit, the A.C.L.U. It's ashamed, really. The ACLU
stood for something really good back in 1960s, but has deteriorated
over the decades since into rabid Anti-American terrorist-supporters.
Consider under the Patriot Act the government has
claimed the right to detain individuals indefinitely without charging
them of any crime;
In WARTIME this is a good thing. During World War Two, if our government
suspected you of defending or in any way supporting the NAZIs or Japanese,
then rest assured you'd be in a concrete cell under a dangling lightbulb
being interrogated by an MP swinging his baton. No phone call. No lawyer.
have claimed that certain prisoners are not
entitled to a jury trial;
No dangerously violent criminal in the world is worthy of civil rights.
Neither are ANYONE who defends or otherwise supports them. I you support
or defend terrorists, whether Usama Bin Laden or Scott Peterson, then
you don't deserve rights even under the Geneva convention. However, I'm
staunchly opposed to torture or any kind of cruel and unusual punishment
regardless of the crime. I believe that locking a criminal in a cage for
years at a time is cruel torture which should be abolished *worldwide*.
Any seriously violent criminal, e.g. murderer, armed robber, forcible
rapist, highjacker, kidnapper etc., they should be tried before a
military-style tribunal and summarily executed, and their next of kin
should be sent the bill for the trial, bullet and cremation expenses.
have claimed that that they can gain access
to all sorts of records (including the books you check out of the
library) without a subeona or probable cause.
So, what have you got to hide? I exuberantly welcome my government to
thoroughly investigate and surveil my every activity if that's what
turns 'em on. I've got nothing to hide or be ashamed of. So what's
the big deal? Only Jihadist terrorists and other violent criminals
fear being investigated by our United States law-enforcement and
intelligence agencies. So again, I wholly support the Patriot Act.
Further it is one thing
to turn up the heat on criminals, it is another entirely to put heat
on those who are simply there to ensure that a defendent's right to a
competent and vigorous defense in a court of law.
Not in *WARTIME* they don't. Al-Qaeda/Jihadist terrorists and other
dangerously-violent criminals deserve NO rights. NO lawyer. NO phone
call. Their inhuman rabid dogs which need to be euthanized. Period.
The election's over, and the stock market immediately reflects it.
The economy is going to improve dramatically and rapidly thanks to
Bush's RESOUNDING reelection and defeat of the extremist left-wing
liberals for good. And poor Ted Kennedy--did you see him cringing?
The stock market and the economy are often rather at odds with each
other. While it has been on a run for the past few days, in part
because of the election and in part becuase Oil prices are down, it is
possible that with a weak job report expected that it might return to
the weakness it has displayed for most of the year. There is no
reason to think that Bush's election will have any permanant positive
effect on the economy, his last term certainly did not.
President GW Bush inherited the bursted "dot.com" bubble and 9/11, for
starters. We Republicans are rightly optimistic about the our economy
and that of our business partners throughout the free world, which is
becoming more free and democratic every day NO THANKS to Democrats,
and NO THANKS to France and Germany I might add.
While we victorious Republicans do graciously invite the *moderate*
Democrats back to the bargaining table, I can tell you that we are
going to rub the fanatical left-wing liberals faces in Kerry's loss
with great satisfaction and a judicious modicum of jubilation. The
far-left Democrats are going to hear about the Bush-Cheney victory
incessantly DAY AND NIGHT! By contrast, we do feel some pity on the
moderate democrats who got stuck with a guaranteed-to-lose candidate.
John Kerry was NEVER presidential material. As I've told you again
and again. You nominated a guy who, once he'd returned from Vietnam,
had gone out of his way to betray his fellow troops who were still
serving in Vietnam, many of whom had been captured and detained in
brutally-torturous POW camps in the North Vietcong. What a *shame*!
You don't get it do you? You can't gloat to some and be gracious to
others.
Gleeful chuckles! We VICTOIOUS Republicans are leaving you Democrats
to sift through the smoldering rubble of your abjectly-failed champagne.
We got our President and Vice-President back in there. We picked up
more seats in both the House and Senate. And we are VERY happy about it!
I can understand why left-wing extremists like you would be very upset
now that the smoke has cleared and Kerry's been sent packing back to
Massachusetts where he and Ted Kennedy can cry over their rancid beer.
So cry us a river, left-wing liberal Democrats! We won. *You* lost.
Exit polls DON'T count as votes. And we Republicans thank Almighty
God for that!
Thankfully, at least publicly, Bush has at least been
somewhat more gracious than you are.
I'm only gracious to gracious people. Reasonable, moderate Democrats
tend to be more realistic and more engaged in constructive bipartisan
dialogue. But you radicals on the far-left have thrown nothing but
rabidly-insane vitriol against the President--during WARTIME no less!
For you, we Republicans have nothing but *GLOATING* to do over you.
As for Kerry speaking out against the Vietnam War (BTW there is no
such thing as the North Vietcong.. its Viet Cong and North Vietnam),
Point taken. Thirty years can make a dent in ones memory of the time.
But even when John Kerry's memory was fresh upon returning from Vietnam,
he "remembered" that ALL American soldiers are "war criminals", and
that's why John Kerry is still today celebrated as a hero in Hanoi.
dissent is never a betrayal but a sacred duty of all Americans.
In fact, extremist dissent is insanity, even treason, during WARTIME.
If you like genocidal fanatics like Usama and brutal dictators like
Saddam so much, why don't you just move the hell out of our country?
I hear they tolerate Anti-American "dissenters" over their in Europe.
But your kind is obsolete in America. And I gotta tell you, I'd ship
unpatriotic Anti-American's like you off on a "slow boat to China",
a leaky, rusty and rickety old tub at that...
Patriotism is built upon doing what one thinks is best for the
country, not what others think is best for the country.
Jeeze, you really are insane! America and our allies are fighting the
global war against terrorists in concert. It's called *teamwork*, and
that's a word you apparently never learned. The United States is ONE
country, not two as you dejected left-wing extremists have tried to
make others believe. So get with the program. The LINE has been drawn.
You're either for us, or you're definitely on the wrong side of destiny,
manifest destiny. And it IS manifesting, as the world can plainly see.
So, as you Democrats begin to pick up what charred fragments remain
of your election-day embarasment, just remember to nominate a VIABLE
candidate for the Oval Office. Pick somebody in the MODERATE column,
someone with a consistent message and citizen-friendly voting record.
And be SURE to distance yourselves from left-wing liberal extremists
if ever you expect to retake the White House. In 2008, your candidate
will probably be facing California Governor Schwarzenegger, once the
amendment is passed to allow foreign-born American citizens to enter
the presidential race. So you Democrats had better prepare for a long
uphill battle before you'll see another Democrat take the Oval Office.
I think you are smoking something if you think that an Amendment will
be passed to allow foreign born Presidents. As much as some
Republicans might like Arnold.. and indeed as moderate as he is, there
is simply no compelling reason to amend the Constitution and get the
necessary number of states to ratify that amendment.
Sure there is. Schwarzenegger would rout Clinton in a New York Minute!
That's good enough reason. But there are more reasons to do it, since
we live in a "global village" to quote the latter...my, how ironic.
Don't worry, the extreme right of the Republican Party will do its own
work at alienating the majority of Americans.
I'm LOVIN' it! The MAJORITY of Americans have just sent your extremist
Usama Bin-Kerry party to the dogs! The MAJORITY of Americans voted FOR
President George W. Bush. The Democrats have been utterly *shattered*
by the election. And we Republicans are going to ensure that the 2008
election keeps the Oval Office, and Capitol Hill in Republican control.
Further the Republicans
have too many different elements within it.
Namely? We ALL voted for Bush and that's what I call Unity and Loyalty.
We're so totally unified at this point that Bush's MANDATE is solid as
a rock, and will breeze through Congress like a tall ship at full sail.
Now that the Republican
Party is pretty clearly the majority party they might find those
elements trying to pull the party in different directions... perhaps
to the detriment of Party Unity. Who knows in a few years you might
have fiscal conservative republicans defecting to the Democratic Party
Now your post-election desperation is showing. That made the difference
in the election. Republicans voted FOR our presidential candidate, while
Democrats voted AGAINST the same. Kerry had too little support from you
Democrats. You were blinded by your irrational hatred of our President,
so much so that you couldn't care less that John Kerry was unelectable.
We didn't have to defeat the Democrats. Democrats defeated THEMSELVES.
Made in America,
Daniel Joseph Min
