Screen Legend Marlon Brando Dead at 80
LOS ANGELES (AFP) - Hollywood legend Marlon Brando, hailed as one of the
greatest actors of the 20th century in a career overshadowed by his
eccentric behaviour and personal tragedy, has died at the age of 80.
The reclusive and brooding two-time Oscar winner and star of such classics
as "On the Waterfront," "The Godfather" and "A Streetcar Named Desire"
died of lung failure in a Los Angeles hospital Thursday.
SNIP> Brando had around 11 children with three ex-wives and various
other women,
including his Guatemalan housekeeper.
No one ever mentions "Last Tango in Paris," but Mr Brando well he was
ok as an actor but he was not R Steiger, or P Newman.
Now they could work the craft.
