I have a better interpretation for the quatrain:

"At the end of the sixth month of 2006, the King of Spain will cross
the Pyrenees with his army. The legions of Beelzebub await the battle
on the central European planes. Destruction and defeat will fall on
the evil-doers. The Holy Grail will be returned to Spain by the
triumphant King."

"At the end of the sixth month of 2006": it's really the beginning of the
sixth month, because of the discrepancy between the calendar at the time of
Nostradamus' writings and today's Gregorian calendar.

"the King of Spain" is indeed Nadal, but when he "crosses the Pyrenees,"
where does he end up? In France, of course!

"The central European plains" are therefore the plains of Paris, and
Beelzebub is obviously Roger Federer. Why? Wasn't there a lot of witch
activity in Switzerland in the Middle Ages? Besides, Federer's game is so
devilishly good that he can only have achieved it through a Faustian pact
with Satan himself.

Finally, the Holy Grail is the Roland Garros trophy (and hasn't Dan Brown
already conclusively proved that the Holy Grail is indeed in Paris?), and it
is "returned" to Spain, because Nadal had won it the previous year already.
Clearly the World Cup could not have been "returned" to Spain, since it had
never been there in the first place!

Therefore, Nostradamus' prophecy has been realized already!

Nice try. :-)
There's only one little problem, though: There is no such quatrain by
Nostradamus.
