Iran and Saudi Arabia seem to be doing quite well.
I never realized that Saudi was ruled by Islamic Fundamentalists. The fundys
in Iran, on the other hand, are ready to take a big fall. Hardly what I
would consider " doing well".
The country is doing well, economically, and that is what the original reference
was to.
I'm surprised that you weren't aware that women wearing burqas and not being
allowed to drive or go outside without a male relative was a hallmark of islamic
fundie rule..
