No, just another urban legend. In fact those that must find some reason to
"expose" the shroud as a fraud are now claiming that DaVinci used a
"photographic" method to create the shroud. This of course does not explain the
faint outline of bone and teeth, even if Leonardo knew how to create a photo
image. No, the shroud is what it is.

I'm not surprised about anything. It is just that I watched a TV show
about a specialist who examined it...I think he was one of those guys
who examine paintings to see if they're authentic. Oh well, doesn't
really bother me much. I just happened upon this thread while passing
through. ;-)
