Yet which religion is causing the majority of problems in the world
TODAY?
I don't know, Steven. On the surface of it all, one would say Islam.
Their fanatacism is widely publicised and takes a very news-worthy
form.
I wonder how much Christian ideology is involved in..oh say the Iraq
war, and many other matters. Interference that takes a more stealthy,
and yet as disruptive a result, as any terrorist act.
Your answer is, "I don't know".
No, my answer is: the problems being caused in Iraq right now can be
attributed to Islamic terrorists.
Yes of course it can. They were there loong before the Christian yanks
and Brits invaded the country to overthrow it's govt. rob it's oil and
replace the overthrown govt. with puppets who will guarantee the flow
of oil to yankieland. Jeez' man you are a twat.
So you support the terrorists in Iraq who are purposely targeting and
murdering innocent Iraqis?
The majority of Iraqis who voted for
their new democratic government are happy with it. The voter turnout
for that election was high, even under threat of being murdered by
terrorists who were intent on holding down the voter turnout. The Iraq
war would be over with millions of Iraqis living in peace if the
relatively small bands of terrorists would quit murdering innocent
Iraqis.
All I have done is to point out, that those who castigate the violence
found in the Koran, should also consider the widespread accounts of
slaughter found in the bible.
Those stories from the Bible took place thousands of years ago. They
are stories of another era concerning specific groups of people. Those
stories are not instructions for current Jews and Christians. I was
never raised to believe those ancient stories of slaughter were in any
way instructions meant for me.
But the Koran is written for today you mean and the instructions meant
for all Muslims today?
What do you think "Oh ye who believe" means?
You're quick to point out attrocities by Muslims
during and before the crusades when promoting your hatred for evil
Islam. Now suddenly the violence and slaughter in the bible is from
"another era". Nice one hypocrite.
Those stories in the Bible took place thousands of years before Islam
ever existed. I would call that another era, wouldn't you?
On the other hand, the Koran does have specific instructions that begin
with "Oh ye who believe," ...
Hmm..thought you might say something like that!
Is there a reason I shouldn't?
Perhaps both God and Allah work in 'mysterious ways?'
I'm sure they do. And I find it interesting that your phrasing has them
as two different entities. I have wondered about that myself.
