up caves in Afghanistan, what other mass destructive weapons are in
use or being tested that we don't even know about....yet.

I'm with you.
One thing that could trigger an earthquake in theory is an underground
testing of a nuclear device. Yet, I have heard nothing from
intelligence on this - although it may be too early to tell. Still
satellites would have picked up the blast and we would have known
about it. As far as other stuff, it is too early in earth history to
manipulate large portions of earth with our current tech.

why not space based technology...bush did get that whole missile
defense shield thingy on the go recently...my pet conspiracy theorist
(we keep him in small cage under the kithcen sink and feed him potato
scraps) says that bush put up a sekrit laser thingamajoogle on a
satelite that could concievable put so much energy on a selcted
faultline and cause it to convulse resulting in a earthquake. heck,
the california eq was just the TEST RUN. kobe japan will be hit next
as punishment for not eating brain-wasting american dead cows, then
paris for not renaming french fries to freedom fries, and then they'll
use haarp and shaarp to cause a cyclonic tsunami to wipe out that
island in indonesia where all the terryists are. of course thats not
