It's that time again, folks!

We've got a lineup of winners and since I rule by virtue of being the
Official Overseer, I will cast the deciding vote in case of a tie.
Voting can begin immediately and will close whenever I wake up on
Saturday, January 16th, 2005.

Results will be announced as quicky as possible after that.

Kooks, sockpuppets and pizzabois can vote but their choices will be
mocked. Pleace to make sure teh newsgroups listed above are kept as much
