attacked by the US, the N Koreans would surely retaliate.....
That's what we thought about Saddam. They would be dead anyway, and
never do it again. Better that than wait until they have more if it will
come to that.
They signed a promise never to do it. They can't be relied on. Something
has to be done. Hopefully it will be full disarmament. I don't care that
they don't get nuked, as long as they don't have the means ever again to
threaten us for no reason.
They will stop being a threat one way or the other. They have one
choice, of not being annihilated.
