Do you understand motgages? If I was to assume yours and you signed it
over, you would have a House but no responsibility to pay for it as I
would have signed up for it, therefore the debt is mine, it is
therefore the banks responsibility to get the debt off me.
Essentially that is what he will do, India I imagine will be one of
the first to sign up but with much of Africa and South America to
follow.
Result debt crisis leading to economic meltdown, because the US is
very much in the Red, they will be foreclosed, see former USSR for
preview.

It is a bit more complex than that. He does not declare bankruptcy the
West does before being confronted by him and his allies, that summit
that is on at present he and others gave some very interesting
speeches!
