Planets rule or fall according to the aspects the
planets make to the Earth, which is caused by the
sidereal orbital order of the same planets. These
aspects are symbolized by the signs of the zodiac
in the meridian houses of the Earth--numbered not
from the east point but by the planets from their
hierarchically-ruling positions to Earth's houses.
In other words, Earth divides the meridian houses
along her ecliptic, while the planets number them.
That's judicial astrology, the craft of the magoi.
When one or more planets is fallen in a horoscope,
it's because ruling planets in the same hierarchy
dominate that chart--all by the aspects they make
to Earth at that meridian and time of calculation.

in your natal horoscope, not only does Venus fall
in terrestrial Scorpio but Mars is ruling therein.
I.e., your natal Mars is in proximity to Venus at

house with Venus, and Mars rules in the horoscope.
Anytime Venus or Mars is fallen to the other in a
natal horoscope it's a bloody warzone--especially
when those planets rule or fall in the same house.
Jupiter is fallen in terrestrial Virgo as Mercury
is ruling therein. Lilith, tail of the dragon, is
benefic conjunct Moon in Terrestrial Leo in close
orb (mean s0:41', true ~s1:0', oscillating s5:05')
in ascendancy, so you're definitely a Moon psyche.
Notably, the Moon transited the cusp five minutes
before birth, leaving nearby Jupiter at a2:57' to
fall under the reign of Mercury. While not as bad
as the tremendous conflict between Venus and Mars
given their sidereal orbital proximity to that of
Earth and the great magnitude of their dissonance,
Jupiter is not a good planet to have fallen under
Marcury's houses--especially with Mercury therein
ruling that house. Consider their synodic aspects.
The sextile aspect of Mercury in Virgo to Mars in
Scorpio at a4:14' orb, you see this is beneficial
as both are ruling in the natural superior houses.
But Mercury's sextile to Venus in close orb s1:53'
is malign, as Moon's square to Venus at s3:26' is
also malign, as is Mars' square to Jupiter a12:31'
albeit the latter is in extremely wide orb but it
is acquiring by the trend of their synodic motion.
In conclusion, Jupiter & Venus, who are acquiring
in square orb a6:24', are in servitude of Mercury
in Virgo and Mars in Scorpio, respectively. These
are excellent for Tarot's "High Priestess" who is
signified by Virgo, the benefic forces of Mercury
closing by radial velocity, denoting intellectual
persistence, meticulousness, thoroughness, powers
of healing, planting, growing, mental green-thumb.
Virgo is at opposition to Jupiter's inferior sign
Pisces, or receding phase of Jupiter, "Hanged Man"
of Tarot & Neptune "The Hermit"'s superior ensign.
The Scorpion or sting of "Death" is death to self,
oppossing the Hierophant which is Venus' inferior

Well, first of all, you can be pretty sure based on his success rate that anything he has to say is wrong.
Someone once said, rather well, that "there is too much Min, and not enough Nostradamus" in what he posts.
Complaining won't do much, because he's they type of individual that doesn't feel the need to explain himself.
Asking him to stop only feeds him.
complaining to his anonymous remailer service results in nothing.
About the best thing to be said, is just be aware of what a buffoon he is.
