congress and I think 2/3 states' congresses. That is always a tough

Cant help that when the liberal majority, in Congress, ( rape the
American people - some conser. in there too) voted in $250 per toilet
seat and $5. for a single screw ( For military supplies and other
stuff - mounted huge overcosts) . There were some Conservatives
involved too - don't get all bent. It was a shame for all Americans.
