I previously said Reb could be an extension of Rabbi
and Alus Mabus a play on words for Mullah
They are both defined as one meaning in Wikepedia below here:

(by the way in Nostradamus' French Latin the "s" is many times silent
(not pronounced) and in Arabic/English the "h" is many times silent)
