11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is
of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
The beast(empire) is both an eight and of the seven (the same empire
that comes back to life twice = resurect)
Histories Eight Empires are:
Daniel's Four Beasts (and four parts of the statue)
1. Babylon
2. Persia (Ram)
3. Greece (Goat)
4. Rome (Lion) (Byzantium Empire was Rome divided in two)
5. Mongol Empire
6. Turkish Ottoman Empire
7. Amero-British-Euro Empire (are the ones that defeated the Ottoman
Empire
And finally the Eight Beast (Empire) to resurect will be either
#4 Rome or #5 Mongol/China Empire
Keep in mind it is China that has the red dragon emblem and with the
possible 200 million soldiers in Revelation that would come from the
East of the Euphrates.
