Putin also criticized the West for setting double-standards on

And with the news of a possible UN secretary scandal, Bush was
threatening to stop FUNDING the UN. Even a corrupt UN is plausible but
abandonning it's foundation would push Bush towards a more Hitlerish
behavior/attitude.
US knows it's very rich in commerce and contributes a large dependant
portion to the UN. It those same words BUSH is also insinuating a
potential to all together abandonning the UN.
Bush even stated he consults with his neighbours (UN included) but the
final decision belongs to him.......
Bush is abandoning his Father's and Reagan's politcal principals and
actually increasing the arms race especially with the Star Wars
Satellite Missile's Defence....the opposition is it can also be used
as offence and an additional arms race.
1. Bush says nothing to Pakistan and India (= Sanctians) about their
Nuclear Bombs and dictating their neighbours such as Iran/Iraq to be
naked and abandon all Nuclear research = conflict = war. Bush even
rewarded Pakistan with their assistance with Afganistan by removing
their World Debt = more money for Nuclear Bomb....Pakistan & India are
North Korea's Nuclear Bomb customers.
