On a full scale analysis though you'll never find perfection, meaning
it's VERY easy for either of two groups to oppress the other:
Examples:
1. OPEC is no small potatoes and can very easily become a monopoly.
2. Never perfect:
a) if one country is bigger/richer than the other = unequality =
husband vs wife = policeman/dictatorship (the bigger one) always right
during disputes (War ends quickly but may give result in oppression).
b) if both countries are the same size = no oppression but instead
full scale WAR and bloodshed during disputes (War does not end
quickly).
Therefore in a evil/good way it is possible that China and Persian are
not able to incur a full scale WAR with America because of they are
either less rich (poor) or less populated....and then again poverty
also leads to oppression which leads to rebellion weach then leads to
WAR.
And we know THIS is the undisputable reality?
