Seeing as your "case" hinges around "What the witnesses saw", I thought you

Please let me know of any mistakes you think you can identify there... pay
attention to what a 747 looks lie kat the range of the closest witness, ask
yourself if you think they woudl have seen the aircraft at that range, on a
hazy summer evening if it hadn't been made more visible, e.g. by being on
fire...
