Resident of the Kyrgyz city of Osh presumably kidnapped by Uzbek secret
services

Malika Egamberdiyeva claims that her brother Azizullo Teshayev (born in
1971, residing at 38, Ok Oltin Street, Osh, Kyrgyzstan) was kidnapped,
presumably by Uzbek secret services.
According to Egamberdiyeva, Teshayev received summons to the Municipal
Police Department on October 11. He went there but never came back. The
family searched for Teshayev in vain. Some acquaintances told the
family that he had been last seen in company of some unknown men, all
of them travelling in the direction of Uzbekistan.
Uzbek secret services had officially informed the Osh Municipal Police
Department that Teshayev was wanted for involvement in the events in
Andizhan, Uzbekistan, this May. It was when the official bulletin was
received from Uzbekistan that Teshayev was summoned to the Osh
Municipal Police Department.
Osh secret services deny involvement in disappearance of Teshayev, a
pastry-cook.
