RS: SPECIAL POLICE TEAM DEPLOYED TO TREBINJE
BANJA LUKA, April 12 (FENA) - In line with the Order issued by RS
Minister of Interior Stanislav Cadjo, the Ministry of Interior has
formed a team that comprises experienced operatives and inspectors of
the Police Administration and the Crime Police Administration.
The team has been deployed to Trebinje and should assistant the local
police in carrying out measures and activities in resolving gross
criminal acts.
Over the past several days, explosive devices were planted under two
vehicles in Trebinje, of which one is owned by a police officer and the
other by the son of a judge in this town.
The RS Police Minister's decision orders energetic activities of all
disposable potentials in the Trebinje center, engaging of the Support
Unit and even the Special Police Unit if necessary.
In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, activities have been
intensified in investigating major criminal acts, and the aim is to
ensure personal and property security of citizens in this area.
