I'd earlier derived the mid-April period as critical using the first
half of VIII.85 with I.77 line 1 to define the promontory between two
seas as that of Mars making its transition between Aquarius and Pisces
within a three-month period, and the Virginia Tech shooting had
appeared as manifesting this negative Mars influence. The term
"Ishmael" become a central theme in examining this case: but it was
only after revisiting my marginal notes for I.77 line 1 that I noticed
the word "Ishmael" had been there long before, referring to IX.60 line
3 since the word "promontory" is also there:
Grand Ismael mettra son promontoire
Great Ishmael will establish his promontory
My assumption was this character represented OBL, and it's difficult
to ascribe such a substantial name to the Virginia Tech shooter; but
my interpretation of IX.60 began obscurely with a cyclone killing
twelve in Tuskaloosa, Alabama 16 December 2000. Tuskaloosa being
Choctaw for Black Warrior, that event seemed to activate line 1 by
being the "Cornette noir," or Black Headdress: this meant a conflict
would follow, and in line 2 blood is spilled and Dalmatia trembles,
perhaps fulfilled by 9-11; if line 3 received its bizarre requirements
in a network of lines with parallel information on a specific mid-
April 2007 event, though seeming inconsequential, line 4 bears a
closer look.

Notice in II.32 line 1 "Milk, frogs prepared in Dalmatia," and my
thread "Frogs Of War Loose" made the case connecting a frog theme with
9-11 planes reaching targets via the three frogs in Revelations.
Dalmatia would geographically be Venice, the Slavic Adriatic coast;
Lusitania is Portugal. But the advice to assist Lusitania appears
cynical, meaning a need for help is not good; and we have in our
history the torpedoing of the ocean liner Lusitania contributing to
the US becoming involved in WWI. It seems a lost opportunity if the
final line were used for repetition or summary of the 2001 attacks
after leading carefully towards a relatively obscure 2007 event. If
anything about the Sao Paolo, Brazil plane crash were intended, it's
only helpful if leading to something further, and only supported by
the timing proximity to mid-April. Heavy rain, short runway, an
attempt to ban three types of larger aircraft was overruled. The 17
July date corresponds with the feastdate for Theodosius, bishop of
Auxerre, France, circa 507 until his 516 death - IV.84 line 1 has a
great of Auxerre perishing quite miserably, though driven out by his
own underlings. Pope Leo IV, born and died (855) in Rome, with
Lombard ancestry shares the 17 July feastday, which opens a series of
equally dubious possibilities involving the Lion and Lombardy. Two
astrological quirks about the Brazilian plane crash: asteroid Lilith
had entered Scorpio a few hours earlier; and Uranus and Pallas, in
tandem retrograde nearing gradual conjunct 23 July, were at the nadir
of the prime vertical at 4:58pm locally, the start of that fateful
rush-hour. Subsequent events may shed further light on whether this
particular tragedy was foreseen.
The major concerning astrological signal is Saturn's entry into Virgo
on 2 September, which potentially initiates the first period of
tumultuous change in I.54: if this becomes fulfilled, it would make it
more certain a similar period will await when Saturn reaches Scorpio a
few years later. There is rarely enough information given to avoid
being surprised by the exact circumstances when a strong case can be
made that an anticipated fulfillment actually manifested. Recently,
Pope Benedict XVI has rendered ironic my interpretation for V.1 line 2
as the Common Declaration with Patriarch Bartholomew and their being
photographed together in Istanbul's Church of the Holy Spirit: by
asserting apostolic succession makes the RCC exclusively superior and
belief in other sects flawed, the limits to this unification have
become apparent. Benedict has also supported a return to the Latin
Mass, which has been desired by traditionalists - perhaps this sort of
regressive trend is what was intended by the final line of V.41, which
began with a prophecy involving John Paul II, describing his birth on
the day of a solar eclipse, then how his reign was perceived
positively, but concludes with his blood being made to rise again in
an ancient urn (maybe relating to his future canonization), and the
age of gold being renewed for that of the lesser metal brass.

One quirk the Brazilian plane crash and the Minneapolis bridge
collapse which occurred 6:05pm CDT share from this prior message is
the peculiar positioning of the Uranus-Pallas conjunct, which happened
23 July, midway between the events.

The Minneapolis bridge collapse is now timed at 6:09pm CDT, within the
window when the Moon was traversing the narrow distance between Pallas
and Uranus, lasting about 100 minutes (5:56pm to 7:35pm CDT).
Following up further instances where the Moon intrudes on two
celestial bodies near conjunction provides a few potentially critical
time periods in the near future:
Monday, August 13 - 9:15am to 9:35am EDT
Moon between Venus (in retrograde) and Saturn, about six hours before
their conjunct
September 24 - 4:53pm to 6:15pm EDT
Moon between Pallas and Node (both retrograde), following their Sept
19 conjunct
November 18 - 5:15am to 7am EST
Moon again between Pallas & Node (retrograde), prior to their Nov 24
conjunct
[The Node is not a celestial body, but a calculation Nostradamus
called by its older name, the Dragon's Head: this has yet to fit into
any fulfillment as far as I can discern.]
The Minnesota event could be in the quatrains as a bridge event, but
the feastday method has yielded another possibility: August 1 is St
Verus of Vienne's day, a bishop who attended the Synod of Arles in
314, the first general council of the western Church, where 22 canons
condemned the Donatists (who rejected collaborators in the persecution
as clergy). While I applied the first half of IX.70 to hurricane
Rita, with its association with Corpus Christi, Texas, as the
explanation for the reference to "the day of the Sacrament," the
subsequent storm Wilma did not produce sufficient catastrophic damage
to merit line 3.

Yet the horrific disintegration of the Minneapolis bridge does fit
this line: and the connection becomes stronger when one examines the

The remark about not lying could confirm the saint name Verus, since
in the featured language of Latin it means true or real. My suspicion
is that "canton" should have a letter "t" removed to read "canon,"
which could relate to the recent papal decision to return to the Latin
canonical Mass (M=E2con is not close to the Latin cantons in
Switzerland). Of course there is St Gerald of M=E2con's feastdate of
May 29, but closer to the current timeframe it should be noted the
Protestants of M=E2con were spared massacre on St Bartholomew's Day,
August 24, in 1572. Macon could also refer to the county in Georgia,
rendering the line a potential warning for that state, probably with

intended to suggest the Mass itself.

The extremely powerful 15 August Peruvian quake producing massive
lethality appears far more worthy of a mention in the quatrains than
the announcement of Karl Rove's departure from the White House two
days earlier. In deriving the chart for the 6:40pm megathrust, it was
noted Peru does not use DST: while the notable Venus-Saturn-Moon near
triple conjunct had ended, a less significant Sun-Mercury conjunct was
underway - and Mars was at the Nadir of the prime vertical at that
time locally. While I frequently use saintly feastdays to link dates
of events to mentions of obscure towns in the prophetic verses, this
story came with its own association of that sort: 200 people were
buried in rubble while attending a church service at Pisco, the day
marked for celebration of the Virgin Mary's Assumption into heaven.
The situation reminded me of the last two lines of II.51(the
enumeration reversing the date, 15 into 51) --
La dame antique cherra de place haute
De m=EAme secte plusieurs seront occis
The ancient lady will fall from her high place
Several of the same sect will be killed
While the first two lines mention London, it is difficult to relate
them to the 7 July subway bombings, particularly because of the
cryptic reference to lightning from "twenty-three the six" in the
second line. And since an association for that prior lethal event had
been made with St Felix of Nantes using V.33, my current feeling is
that II.51 contains a temporal disjuncture, so that the first portion
will occur later.

Of the mentions of a bridge in the quatrains, the Minneapolis collapse
event potentially fits V.58 and VIII.21. Taking lines 3 & 4 of V.58

Line 3 describes a bridge as being cut by a fist, which does not
necessarily imply a deliberate act. Likewise, while "nemans" in the
final line connotes nemesis, this could mean an enemy or divine
retribution. The first part of V.58, as I suggested several years
ago, could identify a US west coast bridge, with line 2 indicating the
Rocky Mountain range, so that a bridge further towards the middle of
the country is the subject of line 3.
There's also been some history dealing with VIII.21, even a near-
fulfillment when three planes spreading a plague were conjectured for
10 November, 2001, as an Agde date, and three very small planes were
observed that day flying low over people on a US river, spreading
smoke that left no residue. The bridge event is a precursor which is
specified in the last line as having been broken by "tierce
resistance," which should mean stress to a third of its structure, but
could be altered to read "fierce" (English) instead. There was heavy
traffic and some construction work being done on the Minneapolis
bridge when it collapsed, though it, like an estimated 60,000 other
domestic bridges in current use, had been deemed structurally
deficient some time prior.
Returning to the mention of Lusitania at the end of IX.60, if the
torpedoed ocean liner is intended to provide a date, this doesn't have
to be when it sank in 1915: an equally critical date would be when it
was "born" (recalling the Challenger shuttle being completed in 1981,
with its demise upon launch the probable subject of I.81) - the
Lusitania was delivered to the Cunard company on August 26, 1907, so
its centennial will arrive this month. Combining this with the
postulation about St Bartholomew's Day on August 24 calls attention to
August 25th in-between: this is the feastday for St King Louis IX, and
also a St Nemesius, a name very close to nemesis.

the feastday method has yielded another possibility: August 1 is St
Verus of Vienne's day, a bishop who attended the Synod of Arles in
314, the first general council of the western Church, where 22 canons
condemned the Donatists (who rejected collaborators in the persecution
as clergy). While I applied the first half of IX.70 to hurricane
Rita, with its association with Corpus Christi, Texas, as the
explanation for the reference to "the day of the Sacrament," the
subsequent storm Wilma did not produce sufficient catastrophic damage
to merit line 3.

in the featured language of Latin it means true or real. My suspicion
is that "canton" should have a letter "t" removed to read "canon,"
which could relate to the recent papal decision to return to the Latin
canonical Mass (M=E2con is not close to the Latin cantons in
Switzerland). Of course there is St Gerald of M=E2con's feastdate of
May 29, but closer to the current timeframe it should be noted the
Protestants of M=E2con were spared massacre on St Bartholomew's Day,
August 24, in 1572. Macon could also refer to the county in Georgia,
rendering the line a potential warning for that state, probably with
the 24 August date simultaneously inferred. It's doubtful Mascon was
intended to suggest the Mass itself.
