He seems to have a tendency to go a bit whonky this time of year.
Last year he was 'called up' and 'shipped out' to Kuwait or Iraq. I
didn't really doubt him at first, but the photo 'proof' was a bit
ridiculous. Also the header info on his posts indicated he was still
posting from the same locale within the US that he was prior to being
shipped out.
By November he should be back to 'normal'.

Hard to say. I here there were several sources for that one. Obviously,
there are vicious gangs of mostly black men in New Orleans, as there are
just about everywhere else (in Toronto, they are mainly of Jamaican
descent). Like Bill Cosby, I believe the black community bears some
responsibility, as well as the usual socio-economic realities. However, I
still believe the majority are good people just trying to get by like the
rest of us.
