Which particular facts are you speaking of ?
I read down to 'any state which can't defend it's people
should be reconfigured' and I thought it was referring to
the terror groups such as Hezbolla or Hamas.
I then read a reference about that state 'putting everyone
around it in danger' and once again I thought it was referring
to one of the terror groups. These groups don't create order
or stability, they instill fear and incite violence.
