Shocking Poll Shows Most Americans Want Armageddon
New York City -- (Special) -- A New York Post poll of 2,324 citizens found
that nearly 8 out of 10 Americans want a biblical "Armageddon" to destroy
a civilization they consider "virtually hopeless."
The unscientific telephone poll was conducted by a private contracted New
York survey company, Ezra Harriburg Polling, between September 30 and
October 13.
The poll asked three questions:
"Given the state of the world since 9-11, is it your opinion that a world
war, such as the one envisioned by the Bible of 'Armageddon,' will occur
in your lifetime?"
71% said yes, 22% said no, and 7% had no opinion.
"Do you think the situation as it is today in the Middle East will lead to
a world war and the destruction of civilization?"
69% said yes, 23% said no, and 8% had no opinion.
Finally they were asked, "Do you think that the human situation is
virtually hopeless these days, and that an Armageddon is something you
want to see happen to relieve us of our problems?"
79% said yes, 19% said no, and 2% had no opinion.
"I've never seen the general public in any poll in my lifetime so very
pessimistic and apparently quite depressed about their future," Dr. Jamie
McTyre, a psychologist told the New York Post.
"It's as if most have lost all hope of things getting better and have a
collective death wish," he said.
A sociologist with Columbia University, Dr. Yolanda Scholoski, cautioned
that "we shouldn't read too much into a single poll."
"I feel that this poll, although disturbing, is not really scientific, and
may not be generally representative of the entire American population,"
she said.
"We need more polling to confirm that this gloomy outlook permeates the
American landscape to the high degree indicated," Scholoski added.

Similar insults were commonplace in 1920s Germany. Even Lincoln was
caricatured as a monkey in 1860s political cartoons. Picture Hitler
with the world's most powerful 21st-century nuclear and biological
arsenal (and God knows what other top-secret WMDs the U.S. Military
has in store?)! The Apocalypse makes it clear that the vast weapons
unleashed make more death of flesh and bone than of walls and stone.
The Prophecies of old and latter days are of one accord. There are
myriads of relavant, concerted, prophecies to cite. I'll quote two
citations from the prophecies of Michel de Nostradamus (1503-1566):
O vaste Rome ta ruyne s'approche,
O vast Rome your ruin is approaching,
Non de tes murs, de ton sang & substance,
Not of your walls, of your blood & substance,
L'aspre par lettres fera si horrible coche,
The harsh by letters will make so horrible notch,
Fer pointu mis a tous iusques au manche.
Iron pointed put to all until the grip.

by the Occidentals. And to this reign will be made
grande desolation, & les plus grandes citez seront
greatest desolation, & the more great cities will be
de peuplees, & ceux qui entreront dedans seront
depopulated, & those which will enter inside will be
comprins a la vengeance de l'ire de Dieu."

I know it's fallen-human nature to make light of Death & Hell,
to joke about the karmic Inferno etc. But the great battle of
Armageddon looms on the immediate horizon. It begins with the
fall of the great city which, and I quote from the Apocalypse:
"she is having reign over the kings of the earth". It doesn't
take a brain surgeon to know what city Jesus is talking about.
Here's a more contextual excerpt (not for the faint of heart):

A "gloomy outlook" is a matter of perspective. Christians know that
this world MUST be destroyed before Jesus Christ returns immediately
after the great tribulation, Armageddon, and massive incoming seven
stadia along its major axis into the ocean. Thus immediately after
this is when Jesus returns with the dark clouds just like the bible
says. Christians know this which is why Christians look forward to
the end of this egregiously evil, abominably Anti-Christian empire.
Therefore anyone who calls this "gloomy" is horribly Anti-Christian.
All men are born is sin, born with plenty of bad karma to go around
for everybody. We are all required to die, and we are each required
to pay our karmic debts to the great Spirit--to the very last penny!
Thus "free-ride" pseudo-Christians are in for a VERY rude awakening.
The Light is Perfect. We sinners are all imperfect, some vastly more
so than others, as God knows. The Light exposes our every flaw, every
violation of the Ten Commandments & Golden Rule down to the very last
sub-atomic particle! So shall the egregiously evil, self-aggrandizing,
mammon-worshipping sinners of the world: politicians, lawyers, judges,
businessmen, Atheists, all who worship the creation above the Creator,
they shall be Judged most harshly of all regardless of their "beliefs".
The Anti-Christian hypocrites shall find their prison down in Tartaros!
The end of the world is clearly imminent and all Christians welcome
it, seeing this as long overdue, or like Billy Graham said, "if God
doesn't judge this murderously evil empire, then He owes Sodom and
Gomorrah an Apology!" Thus indeed Pray for Armageddon which purges,
cleanses, the Temple of all its bad karma, paving the way for the
pure Light of God: our LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ. Halleluiah!

You are not a devout Christian. Only devout Christians know
what true Christianity means. Everybody else is misinformed,
poorly- and/or badly-educated. Thus, every devout Christian
prays for Armageddon because the Holy Bible makes it crystal
clear that the great worldwide tribulation, Armageddon, with
extremely virulent pandemic intercontinental pestilence, and
games of Slaughter en masse via thermonuclear holocaust, etc.,
is absolutely positively incontrovertibly prerequisite to the
return of Jesus Christ with the Dark clouds immediately after
the end of this world. Devout Christians know this for a fact.
Thus devout Christians do pray to God in earnest for the end
of this world, which is imminent, and cannot be circumvented.
Devout Christians have nurtured the fifth and final stage of
death: Acceptance. The only thing which remains to do is die
to the old heaven & earth and welcome the new heaven & earth,
seeing that the interpretation of death has been made clear:
verily, the wages of sin. Devout Christians understand this,

You are not a devout Christian. Only devout Christians know
what true Christianity means. Everybody else is misinformed,
poorly- and/or badly-educated, etc. The happy news is that
no one can escape the tribulation, not even in death. That's
what's so good about it. Even Atheists _must_ face the music,
death being the great equalizer. Thus I love Death and Hades,
ghosts, hauntings, Limbo, Purgatory, karma, astrology, tarot,
reincarnation, psychic mediumship, clairvoyance and prophecy,
but I don't expect Anti-Christians to understand this at all.
Personally, I count it a great privilege and dignified honor
to be mortally incarnate at the time of the end. Thus I pray.

Halleluiah!

What do they expect they are indoctrinated from Day One about a
supposed place in a Biblical Text and everyday this is reinforced.
Too bad they do not see unlike any movie this is going to be
generational.
Tears before bedtime and of course the Rapture BS exposed.

The high number surprised me, actually. I would have thought that there
would be fewer people who failed to realize that they were
likely to end up in the Dead ranks rather than the Living ranks after the
smoke cleared. You know, like less than 50% (or, put another way, the
bottom half of the IQ scale). Or, perhaps there's a significant portion
of the population that has suicidal tendencies? (Which would explain the
incredibly high rates of anti-depressant usage in the US).
