A small boat can canny a NUCLEAR MISSILE and more easier sneek
undetected.
Just look at the picture provided of India's Small Trucks carrying a
Pithvi Nuclear Missile and LAUNCHER (the truck and missile are not that
much bigger than the soldiers beside it):
The extra front end of the truck's length is also not needed and it
would take 5 seconds for the soldier to walk from the front to the end
of the missile.

Weight, over nine thousand pounds. "You're gonna need a bigger boat..." Boats
float because the hull displaces more weight of water than the weight of the boat,
plus cargo. Stability, the tendency of a boat to resist motion by wave action.
Center of gravity, must be below the center of bouyancy or the boat will capsize.
For a twenty five foot missile that weighs almost five tons, at least a 100 foot
hull. Those show up on radar for a looooong ways, certainly well beyond the pitiful
100 mile reach of the missile. This stuff isn't easy, that's why it's called
Rocket Science. Rocket Science is not cheap, go back to class.
