I'm guessing that fleeing the state is a great way to unsuspend and
extend a sentence. Since El Shabby has been wallowing in jail for over a
year, does that count as time served?

I'll have to be up early next Wednesday to see how it goes...wondering why
Soiled Log didn't predict that.
