One of the biggest controversies over this Quatrain 10:72 before 1999 was
what month was being referred to, July or September? As you will see, this
should never have been debated in the first place. The very first word in
the quatrain is "mil", which means one thousand, used for the first thousand
in dates of the Christian era only (Heath's French and English Dictionary
1903, page 359). With that knowledge, as you will SEE, brings to light "this
day," out of the obscurity of the clouds.
Lines 1,2, and 3 all confirm Sept.12, 1999. Will line 4 confirm this day?

Well it (CXQ72) really is about General P Musharaff and how he came to
power in 1999 from a plane and how he uses the 3rd World Debt to bring
down the West in hegemonic terms, oh and he is never beaten in battle!
