Someone allready seen footidge of "refugee" camps in and arround Houston?
Or are the blacks just dumped in the poor neighbourhoods?

They are NOT Refugees, they are relocated urban poor folk, or the new
itinerant in a new land, do you reckon on the Rebuild, they will be
allowed to return or can they afford to?

Sorry to dis-agree, but they are all "homeless" refugees, for now.
Probably one of the only times in American History [since the 1800's] that the RICH and the
POOR share on thing in COMMON. They are all truly HOMELESS !!!
Maybe this is a "Blessing In Dicskies" - a chance for the RICH to appreciate what it means to
have NOTHING !!! (Something can be learned from this.)
Just A 'Humbling' Thought.
