You know, Chris, it's the same old story. Over and over again.
That invasion forces should be not just allowed, but praised by the
Eccliastic, is something I find repugnant.
After all, 'They' are just 'making the area stable'. From children in
villages in Vietnam, burnt beyond recognition as humans, to that
stupid expression of 'collateral damage', the wonderful American war
machine grinds on and on.
But of course, it's all for that vaunted and flawed 'democracy'. They
are 'freeing' the people. That's if they leave any alive.
Now they are thinking of 'freeing' the Iranian people by dropping
nuclear bombs.
How can this be defended? Simple. It can't, and yet the Douglas's of
this world still shout their support, simply through personal
political allegiance.
