(Sept. 1) - The frantic calls started coming in around 8 p.m., from New
York City all the way south to South Carolina: fireballs from the sky.
Burning boats. Flares. Strobe lights on the water.
The United States Coast Guard, along with Dover Township fire and rescue
workers and commercial salvage ships, sent out boats off Normandy Beach
in New Jersey.
After several hours, the investigators found no sign of distress, no
debris. The Federal Aviation Administration said it was not missing any
commercial aircraft. There were no distress beacons or mayday calls, the
authorities said. So at 11 p.m., the Coast Guard called off the search.
The possible origins of the lights became clearer from a warmer, dryer
locale: a computer.
"Type in 'rare,' 'meteor' and 'National Geographic' into Google," Nyx
Cangemi, a spokesman for the Coast Guard, suggested.
The top hit was about a rare meteor shower, the Aurigid Meteor Shower,
that was expected to be visible Saturday.
It may have taken the East Coast by surprise, however, because astronomers
had predicted that the meteor shower would appear only on the West Coast.

Heeheehee...I got so caught up in looking at Ricci's photos, I forgot to
answer your question. We dirty old men are like that, ya know. NO,
unfortunately for her fans, she hasn't ever appeared *totally* nude, front
and back in any film, so far. The nearest she's come to complete nudity
was in PROZAC NATION. Although the flick itself wasn't a hit, and is
rather dull, Ricci sits fully naked on a bed, but her backside is not
shown. The scene is not a flasher, and you have enough time to study her

I think it's more appropriate, accurate to consider that "consensual" sex
between legally-aged partners not only is a reality in much of the world,
but impossible to prevent. Since punishment is the only viable recourse,
what is it that these people have done BIBLICALLY or morally wrong? You
give me a 'cite' in the Bible that clearly defines age restrictions from
God or Jesus on consensual human sexual liaisons.
You're not the judge of who should seek out sexual enjoyment with whom, or

Women have a habit of aging rather quickly once married. They no
longer seem to care about their 'charm', and so often metamorphose

She's beautiful. I'm not sure what you expected me to say, but I live
in an area where the vast majority of people take care of themselves.
I'm at the age where I enjoy mature women. But I do realize there are
adult men who can't get past their adolescent mentality, and find
themselves attracted to underage girls. The only problem I'd have with
those kinds of men is if they *act* on their adolescent impulses.

or group wishes to restrict them, to box 'em up, punish, or characterize
them as moral or immoral, the species continues its millenia-old
interrelationships of greatly diverse physical intimacy and emotional
bonding.
It is NOT what ol' Doc wishes or not wishes, or what fascistic Stevie
approves of or not, or anyone else thinks on this matter, it is the hard
reality of the physical and emotional magnetism between people -- of all
colors, ages, sexual persuasions, classes, religions, et al -- that
supersedes all attempts, legal or otherwise, to neatly package them into
socially, legally, morally, politically acceptable forms.
It used to be that ultraconservatives like yourself tried to keep
different racial groups apart, causing them great suffering for the cause
of your 'morality', and social appropriateness. As it turned out, as we
all know, that such intimate or friendly interrelationships flourished
after liberals helped lead the civil rights movement in the US...tossing
away the restrictions, the mean-spirited punishments. You wouldn't have
been there in the streets rallying for such liberation of the human
spirit, Stevie...no, you'd been inside your lil' house writing indignant
snail mails of protest to conservative congressmen. You would've been
telling anyone who sympathized how immoral and threatening crossing the
barriers of color were, how 'communistic' and 'unAmerican' it all was.
You almost always miss the 'cosmology' of human dynamics, kid. It shows
your lack of understanding, your lack of compassion...and reflects your
constant efforts to make this species into something that conveniently,
safely, approvingly meets your own bottled-up personal standards and fits
into the restrictive parameters of your ideology.
What you attempt to do is as laughably futile as trying to reorder the
workings of physics of our universe for your entertainment or
satisfaction. You are clearly unable to comprehend anything larger than
what is in front of your nose at the moment. This group is your basket
weaving exercise, kid, as you tediously sit there, like an old woman,
carefully interlocking the threads, admiring each weave completed, and
content it is a most perfect basket...the most perfect of all.
