I very much doubt that Mossad gave anyone poor intelligence. I would tend to
think that came from small players who were looking to get big favors in
exchange for saying whatever the Administration wanted to hear. In fact, I seem
to recall reading that the CIA advised against using the intelligence from
unproven foreign individuals (the source of much of the so-called
"intelligence" used to justify the war), which would definitely not be Mossad.
I imagine they work quite a bit with Mossad, so they would definitely not be
"unproven" at this point and therefore not the source being referred to.
