People are definitely moving too slow on this with their decisions. The
President is more worried about replying
to comments made, rather than shirking it off and getting
very busy. I know it's easy for us outsiders to sit and watch
and say, however it's also unbiased. We know they need
to bury the dead RIGHT away. And like Mel Lastman
did one winter in Canada where he brought in the army
to fight the snow. This is simply all that needs done right
now. No hesitations. Unfortunately due to shock and grief
these people are too horrified to make the corrrect decisions.
Others must come to their immediate rescue.
Prevention is the best cure, What about a cheap
Siren type alert from the olden days. A simple
evacuation signal.
And if they say this couldn't have been warned
it's simply untrue

Let's hope someone will listen once and for all and invest in my research so
we could save many precious lives. But if I can do it so cheaply and so
accurately who will pay for NASA expansive electronic equipment, bills,
their kids college education, insurance, buildings etc??? They have been
scratching their huge heads since day one following any natural disasters
but President Bush will for sure give them a few more millions of your tax
dollars. I wish I could have just a fraction of this money for my own
colleges and bring forth cosmic consciousness to future generation. Merging
science and God's celestial laws will bring a much safer world, the future
is my witness.

Back in january 1st 1995 I was asked to do predictions on channel 10 and
KTAR radio in Phoenix and the very next day in Ch 3 in Tucson with my good
friend Ted. I asked everyone to write down the date of January 16 (TV tape
and audio tape are available) and prepared everyone for a terrible quake. On
the 16 5000 people lost their lives in KOBE, Japan. Sad enought his year I
was not invited live anywhere to do predictions but the energy was EXACTLY
the same than the one producing this killer quake and wave. However I
received lots of emails asking me why I did not alert the authorities, well
I try very hard with NASA as that energy took also the lives of many
astronauts. However even if I had given that date on national TV no many
people would have taken me personally as religion and science took over the
ultimate universal rules totally dismissing my work and credibility. I can
only suggest people to build more cosmic consciousness and be prepared.
maybe people will finaly realize than there is more than the will of God
affecting our human existence. What I can assure you that is between the 20
to the 27 of each months for the entire year the dragon will sting the world
with natural disaster and man made folly. Simply keep an eye on my daily and
monthly forecast for it is already there in the future and use your
intuition. I was in Tailand last year and lost many friends there. Knowledge
is power ignorance is evil... the new dragon in Aries is ruled by mars
(danger/war/fire/disasters) is a sample of what's ahead of us and is a
natural order that doesn not imply religious beliefs where God will "punish"
all humans on this world. There is much more than religions and science and
this is where I could make a difference but again the world is not yet ready
for me...
My heart goes to all the people touched by this tragedy.

Well NASA scientists are as good as them Ted...Sorry but when will they wake
up and give me a chance by honoring the word science? My methodology is real
but again its free and NASA like this institution needs tax dollars to
support their wasteful research. By the time this needle is moving on the
screen its TOO LATE! I made that prediction back in Jan 2003 when I was

Sorry to read about your car getting smashed, I'm glad that you were not
hurt. Your computer systems malfunctions sound about right for Mercury
retrograde, a full moon in Cancer, and Mars entering Sagittarius. Thanks
for the NASA article "A Breeze from the Stars". I was born Dec. 16th,
within the Nov. 30-Dec. 17 constellation Ophiuchus - the 13th
constellation. What do you know about this? Do you consider this in your

I was reading most of your predictions ,pretty awesome
but the way the world is today is it not easy to predict this stuff
like the bush adminstration ,,the lies the wars the disasters
and the police states ,, the people who want to fight to keep freedom ,,
the usa being hated in america for the stuff we do to others
torture and killing and we always got our noises in other peoples business
and the fact that we will get rights taken away u can see that with the

It appears that Dr.Turi has "hit" one...later computations on the Fiji
quakes of 1/27/98 place at least one of those quakes above M6...as the cases
catalog is updated, percentages etc. will appear in the regularly appearing
