Sho 'nuf. Worst case is that the entire caldera plug blows out at once,
and you have a thirty mile wide eruption. Instant Nuclear Autumn,
worldwide. When? Who knows, could be tomorrow, could be Way Down the
Road, could be never. Could be that the old caldera moves off the hot
spot and it has to start all over again under a new patch of crust. If
it happens, there'll be no escaping the effects, so why worry about it?

There's one in Sumatra too. That should be enough to finish us all..But you
also have to watch out for the Nemesis... the "brown dwarf" that is
orbiting the Sun.
