Supports Kerry in presidential race
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To the editor:
This is in response to the opinion in Two Cents' Worth entitled,
"Flip-flops are for the beach." The opening remark was, "It is hard
for me to visualize anyone voting for John Kerry the way he flip-flops
on issues."
I will vote for John Kerry because I rather have a leader smart enough
to flip-flop and try something different instead of staying the course
and making the same mistake again and again, like President George W.
Bush.
Even when Bush found out he had attacked Iraq based on false
information, he insisted on staying the course. We are now the most
hated country in the world. Our so-called European allies have turned
their backs on us. Even Canada, our neighbor, thinks we are an evil
nation.
In less than four years, Bush has turned a half-trillion dollar
surplus into a half-trillion dollar deficit.
I am not Republican or Democrat; I am an Independent. I vote for the
man, not a party. I don't believe in killing babies with abortion. Nor
do I believe in military strikes against another country based on
false information. Such strikes not only kill babies, but also men,
women and children in mass large numbers. Such actions can escalate to
a nuclear World War III.
Every action produces results. But what kind of results? Good or bad?
That is the question.

Wow! I never thought I'd read why a flip-flop could make sense. "Even
when Bush found out he had attacked Iraq based on false information,
he insisted on staying the course."

It's *not* principly about oil....it's all about strategic dominance
in the
Middle East, regime change, & of-course protecting their little
land-thieving, fence-building, skull-cap wearing, phallus-worshipping
parasitic anal retentive buddies.......
There will *never* be "peace" in the Middle East as long as there is
such bias
towards one (mediocre) side -- only "pieces" unfortunately.......
