NOW I'm no friend to mammon-worshipping lawyers or judges,
particularly of the Anti-Christian Liberal Atheist variety,
but I do understand that the aforesaid are a necessary evil
in every worldly, self-aggrandizing, materialistic, society.

thanks to the selfsame weaklings for having stood idly by
and doing nothing to stop them, America has indeed become

After all, souls cast down from heaven have long-since been
incarnating into mortal, physical bodies to experience evil
temporized: each according to their karmic indebtedness to
the Great Spirit, which for many, particularly sinful souls,
is egregious, veritable mountains of unforgivable debt which
without exception MUST be paid in full to the last penny owed.

That reiterated, America's (in)justice system is in a quandary,
since the tradition of swearing in "on a holy bible" is being
challenged. There can be only one equitable remedy for this...
Regardless of personal beliefs, anyone familiar with the Law
knows that the Golden Rule & Ten Commandments apply to every
man, woman -and- child who have ever walked the face of God's
Earth. No exceptions, no exclusions. That much is irrefutable
(okay, no handicapped jokes, please; it applies to _everyone_).
As a timely example of this, if a devout Muslim would prefer
to be sworn in by taking his or her oath by placing their hand
upon a holy qur'an, then by all means, they should be permitted
by the courts to do so. Or if an Atheist would prefer to place
their hand on a copy of the gospel According to Charles Darwin,
they too should assert their inalienable right to so. The same
goes for Christians on a bible, Jews on a tanakh, etc.
Of course, only those books which are deemed reasonably sacred
to their adherents should be permitted to be sworn upon, since
the Liberal Atheists, the A.C.L.U. lawyers and activist judges
would no doubt insist on swearing upon "sacred" scrap books of
brutal rape, torture and murder of little children in front of
their parents (under Hitler, Saddam, etc.), unspeakably obscene
hard-core pornography, a copy of 'The God Delusion' by Liberal
Atheist Richard Dawkins, or other abominably-contemptuous smut
that is totally unacceptable to all but hard-core Anti-Christs.
No matter what sacred text any individual wishes to swear upon,
even no physical book at all, then the courts should reasonably
respect that citizen's beliefs, and honor their right to swear-
in in accordance with his or her beliefs -and- with the worldly
"one nation By the lawyers & for the lawyers" laws of the land.
And this is where the Universal Law comes in: A generic copy of
the Golden Rule [Lev 19:18, Deu 6:5] & Ten Commandments [Exo 20]
needs to be placed on top of whatever book, or absence thereof,
is being sworn upon, and this, entirely without exception. See?
While the most precise--and erudite--English translation of these
scriptural verses would obviously be the best (as translated from
the ancient Latin Vulgate translation are the most accurate IMHO),
the simplified, more truncated King James Authorised version, or
other more modern English version, would be reasonably acceptable.
This would solve the growing dilemma between the "Judeo-Christian-
Bible-Onliests" versus those who would prefer that their personal
beliefs be respected: again, as long as they're are not so obscene
as to undermine what little dignity remains in America's otherwise
Liberal-Atheistic *Legalized Anarchy* (in)justice system which is
geared toward rendering injustice for injustice, an eye for an eye
and a tooth for a tooth, scandal for scandal, as the LORD has said.
