Now...remember, JTEM, to take two of each, one in the AM and one in the
PM...that's a total of 6 pills per day with a full glass of water.
Don't use alcohol.
These drugs are supposed to prevent you from suffering the three
maladies indicated at the reference above. If you don't take them
reliably, you'll be back on the usenet a lot more and suffering all
kinds of delusions, making an ***** of yourself, and annoying folks.
Oh...if you skip a dose, don't double it up on the next dose, just go
to the next scheduled dose. You don't want to overdose again and end up
in the ER...or worse, in the mental ward for an extended stay.
Now...you be good...try to keep a positive outlook...play some card
games or something to keep your mind occupied...and the therapist will
be giving you a check-up call as usual later today.
