The time will not come that the old temple will be rebuilt or built
anew in the Mideast.

There is no third temple mentioned in Scripture.
Whether one is built or not has no bearing on what
Scripture says. The Bible does not change to match the

spiritually .
What has happened in those times when Christ and his apostles lived
is to be repeated in some way in the end times.
The best time that are repeated is:
1914-2004 = 90 years
29 AD -119 AD = 90 years
So, we can apply many statements of the Bible to both periods.
Yes , I could interpret Matthew 24 as if it took place back then in
the ancient times but I can do the same when speaking about the end
times.

The third temple is already existing ! It is within the nominal
Christian churches. They represent what the Jewish religion was at the
time Christ came and preached a new religion. We have the exact replica
of those days and that is why the things that happened back then will
be repeated to a larger degree as the whole world will be involved.
