Not if one doesn't see a deeper meaning. Note that 'Americh' is a play on
'Amerique' and 'riche'. America obviously does not rule Britain but an American
is pulling the strings on the Chief of London, the Prime Minister of Britain.
The connection between these two is 'riche', [money], the true ruler of
America as well as the rest of the world.
Tony Blair is deceived by Bush and he knows it but he has to be on side on
account of the ruling elite, 'la classe riche'.
