A 7.0 magnitude quake is a major geologic event. But while one 7.0
earthquake could be considered significant, regardless of damages or
casualties, four earthquakes of magnitude 7.0 or larger all occuring
within two months of each other would be even more noteworthy --
especially if they were predicted in the order that they occured.
Do I have your attention now?
That's why I would like to go on the record once again to remind
everyone that Gordon-Michael Scallion predicted at least seven or eight
years ago that before California would be devastated by "The Big One",
that three earthquakes of this magnitude would strike--in order--Japan,
the Indian Ocean, and South America, to be followed within a matter of
weeks by a 7+ magnitude quake rocking the west coast of the US. Each
quake, he said, would occur within weeks of each other.
You can look this all up!
On August 16th of this year, a 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Honshu,
Japan. On September 9th, a 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit Papua, New
Guinea. On September 25th, a 7.5 magnitude earthquake hit northern
Peru. All three earthquakes were barely mentioned in the press because
all of them hit relatively unpopulated regions of the globe. But I
noted each of them because I receive an email anytime an earthquake
over 5.0 hits anywhere in the world. And now Sunday, October 16th will
be weeks since the Peru earthquake.
Besides the devastation and terrible loss of life that such an
earthquake would bring to the west coast, Scallion warns us that the
first three earthquakes are the sign that the fourth is imminent, and
that the fourth earthquake would then become the sign that horrifying
earth changes are about to begin -- changes which will tear the
existing coastlines of the US and world to shreds over the next seven
or eight years!
Quite the prediction, no?
The west coast of the US has no idea what could be coming their way
soon because nobody takes Scallion-types seriously. Hell, I generally
don't either, but I always take note of interesting predictions because
you never know, do you?

that I have repeatedly described. So my statement that Scallion made
this particular prediction in July 1996 still stands. And you clearly
have reading comprehension issues.
YES, they do. You have to read more than the first sentence, however.
And the 4-quake scenario has changed from a 3-quake plan,
when he described the 'breakup of America' in the early 90s.

after describing the 3-quake California breakup, this...
If volcanic activity occurs simultaneously on Mount Vesuvius and Mount
Etna in Italy, or Mount Pelee on Martinique, then the West Coast break
up will occur within days.
4) I have always used the handle JoeS since the first time I posted to
APN on October 12th, 2001.
I was sure Kim Miller described exactly the same thing with his wife
that you did.
Either I've remembered wrong, or ...
5) I've never denied that Scallion is pretty much a hack and a fraud.
But you seem to be not so sure on that,
waiting for this one prediction to occur.
And you also seem to ignore how this prediction has changed,
and how so many other predictions have failed completely.
Just that his four-quake scenario caught my attention back in 1996. He
didn't set a deadline for the four-quake scenario to occur,
Uh, yes, he did. It was to happen before the pole shift
and much of the other changes he saw for the U.S., meaning
before 1999.
Just grow up N.A.Bud and learn to budget your time a little better
instead of wasting it here with people whom you don't respect or learn
from.
I respect many people here. Too bad you aren't one.
And I learn from those with something useful to teach.

I've seen enough now to know that you are Cecil. And you haven't
changed a bit (that's NOT a compliment.)
1) Michael always assumed the worst in people.
2) There was often a hint of paranoia in many of his posts.
3) Michael was a proficient manipulator of facts to justify or support
his arguments.
4) He never backed down from any post directed at him--maintaining an
air of superiority and condescension all the while--possibly because of
a finely-tuned persecution complex.
5) Michael rarely told others what he believed (he prefered to think of
it as what he KNEW), choosing instead to criticize and demean... and
direct others to his website.
So, Michael, is the website still being updated? And how's your wife,
John the Baptist?
