The black one of Parma is Napoleon
Cen.7, Qua.5 Napoleon & the third antichrist (lower case out of disdain)
Wine on the table some will be spilled (see Epistle),
The third (anti-christ) will not have that which he claimed:
Twice descended from the black one of Parma (Napoleon),
Perugia to Pisa he will do that which he thinks (Parma and the Papal States
seized by Napoleon).
Line one refers to the Epistle of Nostradamus, and the following warning:
"One of the horrible temporal Kings will be told by his adherents, as the
ultimate of praise, that he has shed more of human blood of Innocent
Ecclesiastics than anyone else could have spilled of wine." Line one is as yet
unfulfilled.
Line two: The "third" (anti-christ) will not have that which he claimed.
Nostradamus warns elsewhere of a dubious bluff, to which the West succumbs.
Nostradamus tells us in Cen.7, Qua.3, that "those of Egypt will be party to the
fraud."
Line three: "Twice" descended from the first anti-christ, who Nostradamus
identifies as Napoleon, the third (antichrist) is also of the second, which
Nostradamus identifies as Adolph Hitler. Napoleon, not only annexed Parma, and
the Papal States, but in 1815 he gave Parma to his second wife Marie Louis of
Austria. (Napoleon does as he pleases.)
Line four: Perugia to Pisa, Napoleon, the black one of Parma, "will do that
which he thinks". Napoleon annexes the Papal States. And so will the third
anti-christ, if but for a short time. Lines 1, 2 & 3 bridge the current
anti-christ to Napoleon. The Book of Revelation (as does Nostradamus) unites
the "beast" with Hitler by stating that the people marvel that the beast still
lives after dying of a mortal wound to the head. (Hitler shot himself in the
head as Soviet troops advanced on his Berlin bunker.)

Problem is that Napoleon was not from Parma. He came from Elba.

Or both. There are portraits of Napoleon with a black riding coat, and black
military head covering.
But consider the weather regards coat, he was a soldier, unlees he had
a handle like Black one of Parma, but I think he bigger things to
which he was named for, the civilcode for one.

Well considering he was from Corsica and Nostradamus is attributed him
more a a butcher than a prince, to call him from Parma is misleading,
maybe Garibaldi!

raises hell for all those deserving hell. Its Islam's turn to occupy. Doesn't
do any better than other armies, but much more brutal and barbarous. Ogmios
raises more hell. Everyone tires of Islam, but its just to late for southern
Europe. The creator starts smacking some people around hard. Even the Mullahs
are asking..."what's going on?" and then you have to read chapter two.
