Object: The first Vietnam Veteran to hold the office of President

Would John Kerry be the first Vietnam Veteran to hold the office of President?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yes.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

So he would have access to the sort of privileged records that no Vietnam Veteran to date
has ever had.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Whilst serving as a Senator, he already has had access to confidential material.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I wonder just how messed up that would be, for any of the hawks who are still in Washington?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It is very unusual for a military career to go longer than 30 years.
The Vietnam War ended 30 years ago.
How many military people in the Pentagon, served in Vietnam ?
If there are any, they must be coming up to retirement.
I wish Senator J F Kerry to be president in order that he can
restore the pride of American people for the VN war lost.. But his record
has shown that he was an anti-war and stabbed in the back all VN veteans
by his corroboration with the enemy in VN war. I have little bit of doubt
However, I will try to ask any american who are not humiliated about war
lost to go vote for him in this election. Regards./.
