What Bush said about it was that when the time will come that there won't be
need for it, it will go away by itself.
(Certainly not during the Arafat ***** reign anyway now that we know most
Palies approve of homocide serial killers. They will have to change before they
get anything, and this implies AT LEAST total elimination of Hamas, Islamic
jihad, and other terrorists, and it won"'t come under Arafat.)
